Calvin and I talked alittle (mostly about him) and I drew and he when on his phone. Bonnie walks in at 4:50 check to see how it went.
"So how was it?"
"I think it went well," Calvin says. "Me and..."
He pauses had he really forgotten my name.
"Yeah," he continues. "It was great"
"Oh good" Bonnie puts on one of her classic fake smiles she puts on while talking to new nurses or with people that just dont like it here or care about the pationts. "What did you guys do?"
"Um we... she showed me her pictures. That she drew shes a really good artist you know that."
"Mm hm"
"Well I think you have better things to do then be here better get on home."
"Um...Yeah I have homework to do so... uh... Yeah" He says as he walks out the door.
He leaves. Theres silence between me and Bonnie.
"Did he actually talk to you." Bonnie finally asks.
"Yeah I showed him my drawings and stuff."
She sighs. "I dont know if hes actully doing this to be nice or to just finnish his service hours"
"What are service hours?"
"There needed to graduate school. Its where you go and do nice things for people"
"So Calvin goes to school?"
"Yes you go to school too. Once every week on Mondays."
