All is Found ~ Elsa x Honeymaren

Chapter 4 ~ Honeymaren POV

"Well honey there's actually something I wanted to tell you."

"Is everything okay?" I responded, concerned.

She didn't look okay, she was paler than usual and I wouldn't be surprised if she passed out.

"Are you ill? Do you need to sit down?" I asked moving towards her.

"No it's nothing like that. It's just- " She began before she was interrupted by Gale suddenly swooping in and circling around her head.

"What is it, Gale? I was kind of in the middle of something." She said, sounding both annoyed and relieved.

Gale swirled around her head and Elsa's face lit up.

"Anna's here?" She exclaimed.

"Do you want to start heading back so we can see her?"

As much as I loved hanging out with Elsa just the two of us, I knew how much she missed her sister and Arendelle, and it was only fair that she spend as much time with Anna as possible.

"Would that be okay?" She asked, already moving towards Nokk who had appeared once again out of the sea.

"Of course." I joined her, "Wait what did you want to tell me?"

She paused, thinking for a second, before hopping up onto Nokk and turning him to frost.

"It doesn't matter, its nothing anyway." Elsa finally said.

"You sure it sounded kind of important."

"I'm sure." She said, reaching out to me to help me up.

"Well okay." I jumped onto Nokk, still not quite believing her but sometimes it's best to just let things go slightly with Elsa. If she doesn't want to tell you something, you're never finding out.

I didn't wait for her to tell me to wrap my arms around her this time, I was squeezing her tight the second I got onto Nokk, taking advantage of the opportunity.

As usual her cheeks started to go red, and then we were off. I didn't enjoy the ride back from Atohallan nearly as much as I enjoyed the ride there, but that's just because I knew we would get to the shore and have to part again.

I mean I'm getting ahead of myself really. I know that I like Elsa, I doubted it at first and didn't fully understand the strong feelings I had towards her but after a lot of time I've come to terms with them and I have to admit: I've got it bad. I try not to dwell on it too much, it makes me sad if I think about it for too long. The first person I ever really like, and they will never like me back.

We reach the shore before I have time to get too upset over my unrequited love, and I slide gracefully off Nokk, thanking my years of riding reindeer for my grace dismounting.

"Elsa!" A voice shouts from the forest.

"Anna!" Elsa smiles and runs towards her little sister, embracing her.

Damn I wish I was Anna right now.

"Hey Honeymaren." Anna says in a weird voice, wiggling her eyebrows at Elsa.

I walk over, laughing, and see in my peripheral as Elsa elbows Anna in her ribcage.

"Ow! Jeez Els." She grumbles, "Honeymaren it's so amazing to see you again, why don't you come hang out with us?"

"Oh, I.. erm-" I stutter looking at Elsa. Obviously I want nothing more than to go with them but I don't want to interrupt private sister time or anything.
