All is Found ~ Elsa x Honeymaren

Chapter 5 ~ Elsa POV

I woke up to the sound of birds tweeting in the forest around me. That was the one thing I missed about Arendelle: living in a castle with walls instead of a fabric tent.

I rolled over and groaned, trying to get back to sleep.

"Hey, sleepyhead." A soft voice said from right next to me.

My eyes shot open to see Honeymaren lying next to me about 2 inches away from my face. Suddenly I was wide awake.

"Oh hey Honey, morning." I said, trying to sound unfazed.

She sat up, stretching and yawning, before throwing the cover off of us and jumping out of bed.

"So," She started, taking my hand and dragging me up, "Shall we get on with our day?"

A few hours later, and I was finally finished with my work for the day. That was probably one of my favorite parts of living here, the sense of community that came from every person doing their part.

I heard a sudden whoosh and looked up to see Gale flying around my head, carrying a paper airplane.

"For me?" I asked, taking the plane from Gale.

I unfolded it and saw as usual that it held a note from Anna.

Dear Elsa,

Just letting you know I'm coming over for the day, did somebody say Sisters picnic???

Kristoff, Sven and Olaf are tagging along too of course. And feel free to invite Ryder. And of course Honeymaren (wink wink).

I'll meet you at the stone circle, around noon?

Love Anna.

I looked up at the sun, seeing that it was around noon now so Anna would be getting here soon.

"Hey Gale, where's Maren and Ryder?" I asked, walking towards the stone circle.

Gale flew away and was back within seconds, telling me that they had bumped into Anna and the others and were already at the site of the picnic.

"Well that makes it a lot easier." I said to no one in particular as I left the forest, seeing my friends waiting for me sat on a blanket.

"Elsa!" My sister called, running up to me and tackling me in a massive bear hug.

"Hi everyone!" I called over her shoulder, slightly out of breath considering considering was squeezing all the air out of my lungs.

Finally she released me and we went to go sit down.

"Well Elsa, since you arrived late again, we've already chosen where we are sitting and sadly olaf and Kristoff are sitting with me. But don't worry I saved you a seat next to Maren." She said, giving me a subtle wink.

I sat next Honeymaren who seemed to he giving Ryder the same death stare I was currently directing towards Anna. Ah sibling love.

Conversation started between the boys and Olaf almost straight away, Olaf was still going through his existential crisis, and Kristoff and Ryder were ignoring him so they could compare muscle sizes. Ugh boys. See this right here is why I'm a lesbian.

Anna was being suspiciously quiet at the moment, usually she would be weighing in on Kristoff and Ryder's muscle competition or comforting Olaf but so far she had remained stoicly silent.
