Hello, my lovely readers, I'm back and my semester has ended!! I'm back on track and at the moment I'm working on an original story "The Sea and Their Whispers."
That's all and enjoy
~ Honey & Sugar
Olivia was given Kuroko's jersey jacket since he's the smallest out of everyone on the team. Olivia was placed between Kuroko and Riko and away from Kagami, much to his displeasure. He can't complain since he made her twice today. After his perverted comment on her breast, he received a heave smack from Riko and Olivia became extremely frightened that she accidentally let some tears out.
Olivia would often give Kagami glances to check if he's alright and she would oftentimes receive a wave from him, reassuring her of her concerns.
"We can't stay here forever, let's go to the nearest restaurant. Can someone carry Kagami?"
Many of the basketball players looked around in hopes someone would carry the large tiger, no one wants to carry the heaviest player on the team but someone must. So to chose they all played Rock, Paper, Scissors. Kuroko was the one that lost. Ironic isn't it. Everyone made their way to a restaurant named 'Okonomiyaki' but halfway there Kuroko dropped Kagami in a puddle..... maybe on purpose or accident, no one will really know but Kuroko.
"Kuroko, you'll pay for this"
"Sorry, you were too heavy"
Kagami was fuming in soreness and anger while Kuroko remained unbothered. Olivia stood by to help Kagami to his seat since she felt guilt for not being able to help him in the game against Midorima.
"Hello, there's 12 of us."
"Oh, I'm not sure that I have enough seats for you guys."
As Olivia walked in as saw Kise and Karamatsu. Her eyes light up when she saw the fellow blonde. She made a b-line straight to him. Kise saw Olivia before she saw him and couldn't calm his beating heart. His smile grew ear to ear. And when she made her way towards him without any hesitation made him feel some type of way. When she reached the handsome boy, he took great notice of how flushed her cheeks were. Unlike her natural blush, it was slightly redder.
When he was gonna ask he met her eyes. For the short time he knew Olivia she's a type of girl that would have trouble showing emotions, like Kuroko, but when she does is something to behold. And what he was looking at was her gentle smile and how kind her eyes became when she saw him. Almost made him fall off his seat.
" Hello, Kise-kun."
" Hey, Floris-cchi, oh.....why are you wet?"
Olivia finally took noticed how wet her hair is at the moment and her fingers were still slightly wrinkled from the heavy downpour. Olivia blushed in embarrassment. How shameful for her to have Kise, who is a model, to see her in such a state. He must think that she's careless. Olivia looked down in shame and tried to hide her face to prevent any further embarrassment.
"Oh, no-no. I didn't mean it that way. I'm just worried that you'll get sick since you're all wet. Nee Karamatsu-senpai, do you have an extra towel for Floris-cchi?"
"S-sure."
The upper classmate started to fumble with his sports bag while trying to find something to dye Olivia off. He found the towel and handed it to Kise. Olivia looked at Karamatsu in hopes she could thank him. But he didn't want to meet with her eyes, he's still not used to being in the perimeter of a beautiful girl like Olivia. Kise handed her the towel so she could dry her hair.
While all that was happing both Kagami and Kuroko took the chance to seat themselves down across from Kise and Karamatsu. While Kise didn't notice what they did, Olivia did. She looked around to find no more seats, but next to Izuki. Karamatsu saw where she was eyeing, he slightly contemplated on what to do and sighed. If Olivia doesn't sit next to Kise then he'll be hearing Kise complain all day until the next day. He got up and offered his seat to her. Olivia gracefully took up to his offer and gave a soft 'Thank You."
Olivia sat down next to Kise and started to look through the menu to view their options. While she was looking she heard the front doors open, she peered over her menu and she saw two familiar faces. Takao and Midorima booth stood in the doorway.
"Excuse me! Do you have two......"
Both Takao and Midorima made eye contact with Seirin's Basketball team. And they were both being stared back.
"What are you guys doing here? Where is the rest of your team?"
"We lost our upper classmate while Shin-chan was crying."
Olivia's ears perked on what Takao said. She finally made eye contact with Midorima, Takao noticed where her eyes landed and couldn't help but give a mischievous grin. Pushing Midorima into the restaurant with the green-haired male gave some sort of resistance. Takao was given an extra chair and placed it to the outside at the table where Kuroko, Kagami, Kise, and Oliva were sitting at. He pushed Midorima down onto the chair and ran to the table with the only remaining seat, next to Karamatsu.
The whole table became awkward, even Olivia could feel the heavy tension in the table. She could hear Riko laughing at the situation that was occurring.
"Why don't we order something? I'm hungry."
Kuroko, seemly unaffected by the tense atmosphere, stated. He looked up to Olivia to see her looking through the menu still unsure what to order.
"Floris-san, do you know what you want to order?"
Olivia shook her head. She lived in Japan for almost half of her life but truth be told she never really ate out. She's looking through the menu to get a feel at something that might pique her interest, but sadly it never came.
"Well Floris-cchi, you should try this. It's not as greasy or heavy as the others on the menu. It's my favorite here."
Kise leaned over to Olivia, well a little too close. As he and her look through the rest of the menu to find something that Olivia might like. Midorima soon let his anger out.
"I'm surprised you can eat that shit."
Olivia looked at him in surprise, surely he isn't talking to them.....maybe he was. Kise looked at Olivia's reaction at Midorima's rude words and slightly reassured her.
"Don't worry too much, He's always like that. I'm sure he wasn't even talking about you."
Maybe Kise was right, Olivia often much has seen Midorima's behavior to others, and never has he insulted her, just that he's rude and withdrawn with others.
