A Proper Lady Should Dress Nicely

On the day of aqua training, Olivia was about to leave her home before her father stopped her and handed her his father's old military jacket. Olivia was confused at the sudden gesture, she peeked over her father's shoulder to see her mother with a sympathetic look on her face.

"Если кто-нибудь спросит, скажите, что это моя куртка, и вам нельзя ее снимать. (If anyone asks, tell them it's my jacket and you can't take it off.)"

"Почему? (Why?)

"Для вашей защиты (For your protection.)"

And so Olivia was sent off. Ember saw her daughter leaving the house in a great state of confusion. Ember walked up to her husband and asked.

"Why must you be so hard on her friends? I can assure you they're all sweet young boys, especially that Kuroko boy."

"Boys are nothing but dirty dogs, Olivia is too naive for her own good."

Ember couldn't help but agree with Olivia being naive but that's because of Viktor's overprotective parenting.

"Please just promise me you wouldn't scare the poor boys as you did with that poor Akashi boy."

"It's wasn't my fault that he was weak. But, maybe you're right. I...........I promise."

Ember couldn't help but give a grin, she won an argument with her husband...for the first time. Ember then gave her husband both a loving hug and kiss to show her love for him.

"No matter how old she gets, she'll still be our baby. But there are times that we must let her explore the world herself for her to grow up."

Viktor's face hardens then softens just as fast. Olivia, his, and Ember's only child. The day she was born was something he'll still remember. Ember was a woman gifted with great beauty but her ability to have children was something like a coin toss with her life. When she found out that she was pregnant was the day of horror. Viktor wasn't proud of what he said to her but he was fearful for her life and was begging her to not go through with this child. He was will to live with her without having children, as long as he has her by his side. But Ember was just as stubborn as him and argued in keeping the baby. Ember gave birth, with great complications but for her to see her daughter and was blessed to live as well as something she still thanks god until now. When Viktor finally held Olivia he shed tears. She was so small, so weak but at the same time she was strong and brave. This was his daughter, she was their daughter. They vowed to love and support her no matter what life throws at them.

Olivia was their flower of hope.

The sound of splashing water, grunts from the other players and the well-timed whistle from Riko was all Olivia could focus on while she fiddle with the zipper of her grandfather's jacket. She wanted to let it be open on the front to maybe show them her cute swimsuit but Riko and Kuroko hounded her to keep it on. Now all she can do is sulk, she would peek at Riko and ask herself.
'How come she can do it while I can't?'
Kagami saw her sulk and gave her a pat on the head.

"Don't worry too much."

Olivia couldn't help but worry. She felt Kagami flinched, she turned her head to see Nigou. Her eye lit up then a new voice came along too.

"What a cute dog."

Olivia looked up to see a pretty pink-haired girl with a light blue swimsuit. The players in the water then chocked at the sudden appearance of a new female in their presence. A pretty girl with a nice body, nothing to be compared to Olivia but she is something to look at.
