Today was the day, the practice match with Kaijou High School. Just like Kise asked Olivia to do a few days ago, she got a new phone. And as expected Kuroko was one of the first people to put his info in it, then Kagami, and Riko and the rest of the basketball team. Olivia placed her new phone in her jersey pants pockets.
As they walked closer to the school, Olivia took notice of how large it was compare to Seirin. A groan was then heard, Olivia turned her head to the source of the sound. There he was, Kagami with large bags under his eyes and his body slumped over.
"Kagami-kun, the look in your eyes is worse then usual" Kuroko voice was heard. Olivia felt concerned but she didn't have anything in her bag to help with is bags.......maybe an ice pack?
As she was pondering, a familiar smell came to her nose and so did a cheery voice.
"Hey Guys!!" Olivia saw Kise running towards them, then stopping in front of them as he stood at least a good yard from them."This place is pretty big, I just came here to help you guys not get lost." Then he turned to Olivia "I'm returning the favor, since you helped me back there, I'm helping you."
Every word he said she stepped closer to Olivia. But it didn't go unnoticed. Then Kuroko appeared in front of both Kise and Olivia. The basketball team didn't notice the glint in his eyes, but Kise did and he knew what it meant. It was a warning.
Kise just gave a smile and kept talking like it was normal. "Ever since you turned down my invitation to play at my school I've been crying in my pillow every night." Fake tears dripped down his eyes and he used his arms to try and wipe them away. Olivia fiddled with her fingers, she didn't have her handkerchief with her today.
"What's wrong with him?" The captain said
"Just show us the way." Kagami said with a slightly angered voice
"Not even a girl rejected me before." the Kise crying came to a stop "Oh that reminds me." Kise pushed his hand in his shorts pockets and pulled out a familiar piece if cloth and outstretched his hand to Olivia. "I was meaning to give this back to you, don't worry I've washed it." Kise gave a polite smile while holding it out for her. Olivia then grabbed the handkerchief from his hand.
Nothing happened but the polite smile of Kise's grew. Olivia's attention was shifted to the cloth now in her hand. Her finger shuffled and caressed the cloth. The textured seemed off, usually Olivia would was her handkerchiefs in the washer since its faster that way but right now it seems that someone hand washed it. As she kept pondering her name was called.
"Floris-chan, what are you waiting for, we have to go inside now." The loud but feminine voice of Riko rand in her ears. Olivia followed in suit. As they reached the open gym doors, Riko was now fuming and so was the rest of the basketball team. Olivia didn't know why everyone was angry. Then her eyes landed on the court. It was a half court.
Olivia isn't a person to get angry easy, she must keep her composure to keep balance in this system right now. Then a large man cam trotting to them.
"So you're here. Welcome, I'm Coach Takauchi. Which one you is the coach?" His eyes scanned each of us but skipped both Olivia and Riko. Riko, with fume still coming off of her, raised her hand.
"I am sir." She said with confidence. The older male gave a questionable look at her. "So you're not the manager." This time Olivia raised her hand. "No sir, but she is." and Riko pointed at Olivia causing the coach the shift his eyes to Olivia.
"I'm coach Aida Riko, I'm look forward playing with you guys today." Riko bowed her head. But the other coach just brushed her off.
But Riko kept going. "So what's this?" The younger coach pointed that the court they saw right when they walked in.
