The One That Got Away

CHAPTER 1

"Don't let me go,please",Harry told Louis."Let's go home.And i promise everything will be fine".Harry knew really well that Louis is a sensitive person but so strong that he wouldn't leave him.

'Oh,Hazza,i wish that we could be next to the fireplace know,kissing your forehead,talking about what we did today and not giving a fuck about the future or anyone else.But,look at this.Look at us!We won't make it."Louis said as soon as a tear rolled down."You listened to him.We can't continue this."

"What?"Harry exclaimed."You don't mean this.Lou,look at me.We gave a promise to each other,remember?Never leaving each other.No matter what.

"For God's sake,Harry.We were children back then.You were fucking 16.Oh and do you remember what i said to you?Of course you do.Never give promises which you can't keep."

"I can keep this promise.Just let me show you.Everything will be better if we're gonna stick together.You will see.I'm willing to do whatever that motherfucker says,to have you.PLease,let's give us an other chance.Remember that night,when we were shooting the Gotta Be You video?You said that we're soulmates and we're gonna be together for the rest of our lives."

"Then i guess,i lied"Louis said with a distant and cold tone.

"You would never lied to me,boobear."

"Okay,maybe then,soulmates are not always destined to be together.Sorry for ruining your plans.",he said ironically.

"Right,you know what?I'm leaving because i'm tired of hearing you say a bunch of bullshit.Don't come home tonight.In fact i don't really care about you anymore."Harry lied but he is so selfish to admit that he want Louis next to him right now and that's why he started walking in the opposite direction and left Louis alone.

A few hours today

"Good job guys!You were amazing tonight",everyone keep saying to the boys as soon as they went off stage.

Indeed,this appearance was one of their best so Louis suggested to go to their place(his and Harry's)with the boys to celebrate tonight.But,out of nowhere,Simon appeared and nodded to Harry and Louis to come to his office.

"So,guys,i saw what you did tonight and to be honest i didn't really like it."Simon said with a judgemental tone in his voice.

"Um,what did we do Simon?"Louis responded.

"Oh,Louis,don't pretend that you don't understand.You were next to each other all the time during the performance,you were nodding to each other and you come so close that you nearly kissed."

"Yes,we did this 'cause we're in love"Harry said with his innocent voice.

"You can't be in love with each other you stupid boy"

"Don't you dare call him like that again,Simon"Louis shouted and stood up.

"Or what,boobear?"Simon answered back,making Louis furious."You won't be together and you're gonna do whatever I say,starting with moving out Louis.Oh and by the way i want to introduce you to Eleanor,your new girlfriend."Simon said as soon as he opened the door and a tall brunette girl came in.

"Who is she?Tell me this is a joke Louis,please"Harry said while he started crying in front of them.

"Yes baby this is a joke and i'm gonna end this soon"he said,hugging Harry and confronting him.

"We're leaving now and don't you dare calling me,you monster.I don't want to see you or this bitch here"he pointed out at Eleanor,took Harry's hand and left hitting the door hard.

Present

When Harry finally arrived home,he was so frustrated,tired and disappointed by Louis' behaviour so he opened the fridge and started drinking beers.

His phone was ringing but the loud music and his voice avoided him from hearing it.

It was obviously Louis,who was walking on London's streets,with nowhere to go,all alone,thinking about what Harry and he would do with Simon and the girl,he can't even remember her name.

The time was passing and Louis was thinking about a bunch of stuff until he realised that he should do whatever the fuck he likes,without asking for anyone's permission.And of course the one thing he wanted to do right now was making love with Harry in their huge bedroom why whispering to him how much he loves him.He remembered what his mum told him a while ago "life is to short to do things we don't want to"He had never understood this before but now he was an advice that he really needed.So he caught a cab and immediately went home to find Harry
