"ITH, HUN, I need you to take some deep breaths." the medic calmly stated. however, the words being spoken to her went in one ear and out the other. all the blonde could do was stare at the smoke filled sky, tears rolling down her cut cheek, chest rising up and down at such a speed it worried the pro's standing around her.

"this is erasurehead's niece, right!?"

"does anyone know who she came with!?"

"someone get in touch with shota aizawa!"

ith's sprained fingers weakly reached to her temples, cradling it as she failed to gain control of her breathing. "he's still in my head!" she cried, voice hoarsely and broken. the medic kneeling beside the girl had felt her heart shatter upon hearing ith's panic overtake her entire body.

"he's still there." she whispered this time, her lack of breath making her wheeze in between her words.

but he wasn't. ginjiro had made his escape and was simply no where to be found anymore.

"ith, you need to listen to me. you are experiencing a panic attack. i need you to focus on my voice, okay? you're safe now—"

"he's still there!" she repeated, this time pathetically rolling onto her side despite her broken bones. the poor girl couldn't even feel her injuries at this point. all she could feel was the aftermath of ginjiro's cruel actions.

in all honesty, the acceptance of the news she had just been revealed to didn't even sit in yet. rapid thoughts, that were in fact her own this time, raced through her traumatized mind.

she was unaware of her surroundings, especially the fact that three of her classmates were being treated for their wounds just a couple yards away. they had just endured a traumatic fight themselves, but none of them could even begin to relate to ith. izuku watched with tears in his eyes, his face pale. he's never seen her so irrational. usually, ith has a level head, minus the occasional burst of anger, but for the most part, she was calm.

seeing the storm she had been hiding for so long finally erupt was breaking the green haired boy's heart.

shoto couldn't peel his eyes away. he had sick feeling in his stomach, knowing that this whole situation relates to the very private conversation the two shared earlier. to be honest, shoto had underestimated ginjiro. he thought the man was just another delinquent in need of power, nothing the pro's couldn't handle. but, he was very very wrong. beside him, iida sat there, confused and silent. he could count on one hand how many times he's interacted with ith. seeing a whole new side of her like this only piled to the grief and pain he was already feeling.

"you are safe, ith! you're safe!" the medic tried to speak over the girl's sobs for the world to go quiet.

"goddamnit! someone get in touch with shota aizawa NOW!" a pro screamed, ushering the other medics with the stretcher towards ith's body.
