✧・゚: *✧・゚:* *:・゚✧*:・゚✧ "DID YOU LIKE YOUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?" Aizawa asked as we strolled down the street.

Oh so now he talks to me like a normal person.

"Yeah. I guess so. But what was with all that calling out? That wasn't needed." I had the slightest whine laced in my voice.

He shrugged, "made sure the kids didn't get suspicious. The boys were buzzing about which one of you was my niece." He explains. It's a decent explanation and I understand it. I guess I just wasn't expecting him to really act like he hated me.

I kick a tiny pebble on the street, "well, it's too late for that. I already have one girl who's onto me."

I see his dark eyes glance at me, "who?"

"I think her name is Kyoka Jiro. The one with the headphone jacks." He nods, knowing who I'm mentioning.

We go quiet for a few minutes. That is until Aizawa speaks once more.

"What you did for Izuku Midoriya today. What was the reason for that?" Our pace gradually slowed.

"Katsuki Bakugou has tormented him for a long time. I didn't want it to continue in front of me."

"Did you read his mind?"

"What?! No! He told me."

My uncle kept his gaze on me, trying to squeeze out any information I could've possibly left out.

"Because you know... reading someone's mind is an invasion of one's privacy. It's cruel to do without permission."

I roll my grey eyes, "yes. I know."

"You swear to me that you didn't read that boy's mind."

What's with him? Did I show anything that maybe have indicated that?

"Yes... I swear..."

He let out a breath. I can't tell if it was from relief or annoyance. After, he got ahead of me, walking to our apartment. I lingered behind.

That was strange.

It's been forever since Aizawa has questioned me or even really doubted me on anything that has came out of my mouth. Especially regarding my telepathy. Though, I can see why he sometimes still gets skeptical. I did read the minds of my entire old school, resulting in many brain aneurisms.

However, I was young and dumb back then. I've learned my lesson.

Snapping myself out of my thoughts, I catch up with my uncle.

My head hurts. That's it. That's all I woke up to this morning. That and Jiji's cat vomit outside my door.
