“So. Aliens.” Sherlock said, moving straight to the point.
“Hmm?” The Doctor asked.
“Big green men,” Sherlock quoted, his voice drowning in disbelief.
The Doctor smiled. “Oh, that was figurative. I mean, not ‘figurative’ figurative. They aren’t really green. More of a teal. Or maybe aqua. At least, I’m assuming…Hmm.”
“And what exactly do you want from us?”
The Doctor smiled. “Well, the observations of Sherlock Holmes of course! Worth their price in gold, they are!”
“That would  be true, if words weighed anything.”
“They do on some planets,” The Doctor began.
“Ahem,” River coughed. “So Doctor, perhaps we should tell them why we’re here.”
“Ah, yes,” the Doctor said. “We need your help.”
