"On your marks!" Izuku shouted excitedly from the finish sign. His tail wagged happily behind him. "Get set!"

Chatora sunk his claws into the forest dirt. "Get ready to eat litter."

"In your dreams," Hawks huffed, flexing his wings.

"Go!"

Tsunagu shot threads into the trees and launched himself forward as the Wild Wild Pussycats pounced in between the trees. Sakamata struggled to fit his body through the small openings and Keigo struggled to maneuver his wings through the branches.

"Damn skinnys," Sakamata cursed as a tree branch whacked his leg.

"Hey now," Keigo said with a tense voice. "I'm skinny and I'm having trouble too. Not to mention-" He dodged an ant-filled branch. "-that Chatora is pretty big too."

"Can't you just fLY above the trees?" His voice hitched as he stepped on a twig.

"Not enough room." Keigo smiled. "Hey, I think I see the beach!"

"Really?!" Sakamata opened his eyes.

"Nope, just playing with you."

Sakamata let loose a branch that whacked Keigo in the arm. "That does give me an idea...plug your ears."

"Huh? Okay?" The winged hero stopped moving and covered his ears.

Sakamata closed his eyes and released a hypersonic sound wave. "Ah," He said slowly. "We're a bit off. C'mon."

Keigo took his hands off of his head and shook his feathers. "Right! I couldn't hear you, but that doesn't matter!" He marched forward laughing before getting struck by another branch.

Sakamata looked down at him. "Do you...want to stand behind me?"

Keigo stomped over an anthill and planted himself on Sakamata's back. "Yes, please."

Sakamata crouched close to the ground. "Cover your head, I'm going to push our way to the beach, then you're off."

Keigo covered his head with his wings. "Got it!"

"1...2...3!" Sakamata put his head down charged through the forest. With his echolocation, he didn't need to open his eyes and risk damaging them.

"This is a really bumpy ride," Keigo commentated from Sakamata's back.

"Do you wish to get down?"

"A little turbulence never hurt a bird."

"Mmm."

Keigo felt Sakamata move his arms and dropped down. "Thanks for the help, partner, but it is time for us to go solo."

"Partner?" Sakamata scoffed. "I carried you the whole way."

"Yes, but I provided commentary." Keigo pointed toward the Wild Wild Pussycats, who were struggling to run across the sand on two legs.

Sakamata ignored them and glanced over to Tsunagu. The thread hero was trying towalk on the sand with shoes made of thread but kept falling off balance. He then looked over to Sirius, who was showing Izuku how to move his fins.

Keigo stared at the orca while he gazed off at the others. "Welp," He sighed. "Got a race to win." Puffing out his wings, he took off into the air.

Sakamata looked away from his kid and back to the beach. Smiling, he took off his shoes.

"Ah crap," Tomoko exclaimed. Sakamata ran across the sand with practiced ease, leaving the others behind.

Chatora laughed. "That's the spirit!" He dropped down to all fours and took off across the sand.
