'Since there wasnt an official quirk name, heres my suggestion:

Name: Izuku Midoriya/Sakamata

Alias:
-Lil Pup (as a sidekick)
-Leviathin (when licensed)

Quirk: Aquatic

User has aquatic like features that help with breath and move underwater; fish-like scales, tail, sonar (blast), underwater vision, and maybe minor hydorkinesis

Drawback:
Since the user is water - based, its main weakness if fire.The user must drown in water if left in a place thats as hot as the desert. Sensitive high-pitched sounds

Since theres no ship tag, can it be either TsuDeku or NoShip plz?'

I will gladly accept this suggestion, and as for the ship part, it was already going to be no ship or tokodeku. I've read a lot of tsudeku but don't know how to write her character, altering it before I understand it is a no-no. Once I do, I promise I'll come up with a tsudeku book.
