High school student ~A Longmire Story~

   It's been a week since Lily's funeral and Ash was keeping herself busy. She and Mila are on talking terms. Mila realized she didn't want to be friends with Ash because of Mathias. Turns out Mila and her mom moved back on the Res because colorado didn't work out with them. Emma on the other case, well, she wants to be friends with Ash because she liked Ash as a friend. Kelsey decided that popularity wasn't for her. She hates it and just not into it anymore. Kelsey and Ash hashed things put and are now friends. School ended, and Emma was walking home with Ash when she dropped dead. Someone shot her from behind. Ash calls 911 and Mathias was on scene with Walt Longmire. They checked to see if Ash had weapons but none. They ruled her out as the prime suspect. Mathias sees Emma's mom, Jen, who flipped out on Ash.

      "Ash isn't the killer." Mathias said. "She has no gun and doesn't know who would kill her."
      "I want to know who killed my Emma." Jen said.
      "Can I talk?" Ash said. Mathias nods. "Why would I kill Emma? Yeah me and her didn't get along at first, but I would never go that far into killing someone. And how did I shoot her dead if I have no gun? I don't know who killed her. I don't know who wanted to kill. I am pretty sure it's a kid at our school that did it."
      "Ash?" Jen said. "I apologize for accusing you of murdering my daughter."
      "It's ok." Ash said.
 
    Jen left, and Mathias hugs Ash. Ash calls Kelsey and Mila and told them the heartbreaking news. They're all pretty devastated.

    The next day, the school was nothing but silent. Kelsey and Mila met Ash at her locker.

     "So we know she was killed. But who killed her?" Mila said.
     "That's the question I keep asking myself for the past hour." Ash said.
     "That's a mystery we got to solve." Mila said.
     "Indeed." Ash said.

   The kids all stared at Ash and called her a killer. Until she's had enough.
 
      "SHUT UP OK!" Ash shouts. "I DIDN'T KILL EMMA! SOMEONE DID! I WAS CHECKED FOR A GUN! THERE WAS NOTHING IN MY BAG. SOMEONE ELSE KILLED HER! BUT I DIDN'T SO STOP CALLING ME A MURDERER IF I DIDN'T DO IT. ALWAYS ASSUMING ITS ME WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW THE TRUTH BEHIND THE SITUATION!"

     They all stayed silent and they stopped calling her a murderer. School ended and Mila came over hearing what the kids are accusing her of.

     "They don't know the truth of who killed her. I know you're innocent. So does Kelsey. And your dad." Mila said.

    Mathias pulled up, and Emma waved and left with him.

      "How was school?" Mathias said.
      "The kids called me a murderer." Ash said. "I am glad I got Mila and Kelsey."
       "Honey I'm sorry you went through that. If you want you can stay home tomorrow. If you want." Mathias said.
        "No. It's ok." Ash said.

    Ash has no idea, that she'll be in danger the next day.
