Little Background/ back story of these two-
Back when the Dollar flu effected Sarah and Tim were sent to New York. Once there they were put into a squad with two other agents who ended going rogue one day and trying to hunt down Sarah and Tim since they did not go rogue and believed that S.H.D. was going to be able to rebuild New York. This event ties into them going dark and radio silent which Kelso was talking about when they meet up.
