(a/n: hey guys! i'm writing this at 2:30am & i'm super tired but i promised i'd put out a new chapter so here it is! might not be the best as i'm free handing it and i have no ideas for this chapter, but i hope u enjoy <3)

Kelsie's POV:

tonight i'm meeting the cast for the first time, and nervous is an understatement. i'm meeting them late tonight, so i'll get to properly say hi to everyone tomorrow but because they are shooting late most of the cast will be awake. i've just landed in atlanta, but i'm still sitting on the plane waiting to exit. i pick up my phone to check the time, the brightness of the screen blinding me. 10:47pm. i really enjoyed the flight, i had 8 hours of down time to read and draw and listen to music which was fun! and i honestly prefer night flights; everything is so much more peaceful, the plane itself dark and cozy but lit up by screens. i lay my head against the cold glass of my window, and take in the calming night sky.

i can't wait. mostly to see finn, but to see everyone else too. things have been going great between us, and apparently he never stops talking about me. i see my phone light up again as a see a text from finn. a warm smile painted across my face as i see his name.

finnie boy❤️: hey have u landed yet? <3
me: yup! just did. i can't wait to see u and everyone💘 are they all awake still? u guys must be shattered.
finnie boy❤️: everyone is awake still don't worry💕💕 they're all so excited to meet you, especially mills and sades. they're so excited, they dance around between takes celebrating😭
me: that's so cute <33 tell them i've landed and i'm on my way. i love you and i'll see u soon frog face❤️❤️❤️
finnie boy❤️: see u soon beautiful. ❤️

"excuse me! miss? you can leave now." a middle aged man informs me, as my head shoots up seeing that everybody was waiting on me to leave. oops.

"oh my gosh i'm so sorry!" i pick up my bag and walk down the aisle of the plane quickly so everybody can leave too.

time skip to meeting the cast because i need to go to sleep but so do u so read this chapter and go to bed :)

butterflies. butterflies. butterflies. i pull up to the filming set, seeing dozens of trailers with different signs on each. hair and makeup. costumes. lounge. i shuffle over to the other side of the car to see the casts' trailers. maya hawke. joe keery. natalia dyer. priah ferguson. charlie heaton. a different building separating the rest of the trailers from those ones catches my eye. i'm not close enough to it to see what the sign reads, but i'd assume it's a stage or something. the building comes to an end, revealing more trailers. sadie sink. gaten matarazzo. caleb mclaughlin. noah schnapp. millie bobby brown. finn wolfhard. i squeal as i read the names out. i'm actually here.

a few more trailers and buildings go by, and then the car stops outside one that reads, guest trailer; with another sign underneath it saying kelsie simpson. finn said that that's where the casts siblings etc would usually stay if they needed to. the duffers offered for me to stay in it for the 3 months, and i couldn't possibly say no to that! i won't be totally bored, since i'm helping out with costumes. i'm going to be a fashion student next year, so the duffers said it would be great experience for that too. i open the door of the car and thank the drivers while he carries my bags to the door of the trailer. i thank him again as i see him driving away. i use the key i was given at the entrance of the set to unlock the door revealing the medium sized kitchen area. i run around, having a look at everything overwhelmed with emotions. I honestly didn't care about seeing the trailer that much; all I cared about was seeing finn and all of my friends. i dropped my bags and locked the door again. unsure where to go, i call finn.

call connecting..
k: hi! okay so i'm here and i've been in my trailer but i have not a fucking clue where to go to find you guys so i need directions please!
f: okay! so your gonna take a left after you reach the storage hall which is next to your trailer, and then just keep walking until you see a sign that says filming in progress. we're shooting next to a lake which you'll see.
k: thank you handsome. i'll see you in like 3 minutes.
f: i'm so excited.
sadie and millie: KELS! where are you girl?
k: i'm here. i'll see you in a few minutes!
s&m: YAYYYY!! KESLIE WE CANT WAIT HURRY UP AND GET HERE
f: i don't think they're that excited.
k: yeah, neither do i. see the sign. oh my god okay bye!

i end the call as i calmly walk around the pathway leading up to the lake finn was talking about. i see cameras, crew members, the duffers...

"hi guys!" i don't think i've ever smiled so much in my life, as i see millie, noah and finn instantly turn their heads around.

a/n: oooooh! i can't wait to write the next part, but I need to sleep and I'm super tired so I will write that tomorrow. left u all on an exciting note. hehehehhe ily all gn 💟💟
