"MOM! I NEED MY MASCARA NOW!" I yelled through the phone. My mother whimpered and said yes. Then she asked why.

"Remember? I'm going to ask my friend Nico out! He likes black, so ONLY black mascara! Alright?"

"Okay dear. Now go to school. Do well!" she said. 

Then she hung up. Ugh. I entered the school and scoured the halls for Nico. Then I saw him in the shadows. With a smile. Odd. Nico never smiled.

"Hey Nico!!!" I yelled. All eyes turned to me.

"So do you wanna go on a date later?" 

"No."

"Why not sweetie?"

"Cause I don't want to."

"Why don't you want to?"

He put on a disgusted face for me. Aww... he's faking it so that he can really show his true feelings later! How sweet!

"I don't want to because I already have a special someone in my life! So shut up!"

I stared at him. He already had a girl? But I'm the only perfect girl for him! He deserves me! I want to cuddle him snd wear his cool aviator jacket. I want to have three children with him. Sophie, Fitz, and Keefe (Anyone recognize these names?). I stormed off, frustrated. But still, I wondered what that smile was about.

TIME SKIP TO GREEK CAUSE I'M LAZY

"Ok my Greek students! We have a new student today! Meet Will Solace!"

A boy with bright blonde hair and blue eyes full of light entered the classroom. I almost fell for him. Then I saw Nico. His face etched between a scowl and a smile. Why was he smiling? This was his POLAR OPPOSITE! If I saw my opposite self I'd scream for it to put on make-up. Anyways, Will sat in the desk beside Nico. He grinned at the brooding student, and Nico may have grinned back. I don't know. The teacher called on Me, Nico, and Will to have a conversation in Greek. I could only understand several parts of the conversation. So I listened

(Italics are translated Greek)

...world...Percy Jackson...kids...Annabeth...miss...love...

With that last word, Nico and Will blushed furiously. I wonder what they were talking about? Anyways, the boys started talking and I didn't really recognize what they said, so I gave up.

(Here's what they said after Nico said love

Nico, I really missed you and I love you. Percy and Annabeth are doing just fine. They have to take care of their new kids though. I was thinking about our future too. Also, can the teacher understand us?)

With that, the teacher told them to sit down. Then Mr. Peri talked about the Greek Gods. About Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. Nico seemed especially happy with that last one. Maybe he was obsessed with Mythomagic? So the bell rang, and I was ready for lunch, where I would ask Nico out.

TIME SKIP TO RIGHT BEFORE LUNCH

I was about to go to the cafeteria when I heard something. I looked around and saw two people in the shadows. I only recognized one. Nico. He was talking to the other girl or boy about something. Then they kissed. And my heart shattered. But there was still something. Nico looked confused. Then the person said something else. Nico started to cry. Then he ran off to somewhere else, leaving the supposed girl alone.

That relationship didn't last. 

Nico was still mine for the taking.

TIME SKIP TO LUNCH BECAUSE I'M STILL LAZY

I was about to approach Nico, who was sitting alone, when he turned around and gave a death glare. His smile that he had on on the day was gone. His eyes were red from crying. I cringed. This was a very scary moment for me. It almost felt like the Earth shook as he shooed me away. When I didn't leave, he got up from his seat. I felt like a rat facing a lion. The lion seemed to pounce, and I skittered away to the opposite side of the cafeteria. Nico seemed pleased about himself. But I'd make him take back his smirk. He would STILL be mine. So I went stood on top of my table and shouted at the top of my lungs.

"NICO BROKE UP WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND!"

Nico stared at me in shock. The in rage. This was my chance. I scanned the room for any girl who was beet red at hearing this. The only on redder than Nico was Will, who I heard was Nico's best friend in the school right now. So I dismissed that. Other than that, nothing. I was sent to the principal's office for nothing. Mr. Cowsky sent me home. I'd have to ask Nico out tomorrow.

TIME SKIP TO TOMORROW

Nico POV

I was so excited! Will was here! Except he didn't tell me he was coming. He got a good scare at home for that. Anyways, I noticed the girl who embarrassed me yesterday staring. I tried to read her expression. Was it curiosity? Hope? Anger? Love? It seemed unlikely. Did she think I would have a mutual feeling with her? I noticed her turn a deep shade of (Delphi) strawberry red. I also turned a few shades of red, but that didn't really do anything, because my face is very pale. We both quickly looked away. I turned towards Will. He wasn't listening to the English teacher. He was sleeping! He looked so cute I want'd to kiss him!

"Psst. Will. Wake up!" I whispered. He responded with a grumble. He took his head off his hands and stared at me groggily.

"Urgh."He said. I wondered how long he had stayed awake helping campers overnight. Probably hours. Then the bell rang. I gave him a quick and discreet kiss, and ran to Phys Ed.

Jessie POV

Nico looked at me! He WANTED to be my boyfriend! I skipped to classes with a satisfied smirk on my face. I AM SO HAPPY! 

TIME SKIP TO AFTER SCHOOL CAUSE I AM SUPER LAZY

I approached Nico and cleared my throat. He turned away from Will and scowled at me.

"I'll catch up Will. Just go get Percy and the others." Nico said. Will smirked and left. I blew a sigh of relief. Now Will wouldn't feel awkward during our long and loving kiss.

"Nico Di Angelo."

"Yes?" He responded grumpily while raising an eyebrow.

"I love you and I know you love me so let's kiss now and go on a date today."

He stared at me with wide eyes. Then those dark, beautiful eyes filled with rage and loathing.

"I AM IN A RELATIONSHIP!" He screamed.

"W-with who?" I asked, cowering.

He blushed before mumbling something.

"Say that again?" I asked.

"Will." he grumbled.

I was shocked. Will? He was gay? After I processed his words, Will was kissing Nico. Behind him was a boy with windswept raven-black hair and sea-green eyes. Maybe he'd be a better boyfriend.
