(Tinakitten's POV)

Today is just another day at school. The day just started but I know for a fact that it's going to be super boring. I'm in my first period class, Math, which is not only one of the boring subjects, but a difficult one too. There are little times when I actually think school is fun and interesting, but most times, it's quite the opposite.

I only like going to school to see my friends and to also see my crush. If you don't know about my crush, he's the most sweetest, most caring, most integrous, most inspiring and most cutest but hottest thing I've ever met. His name is Y/n and he just so happens to be sitting next to me in class right now. And it seems like he's taking nap too. His arms are folded and he has his head down on them. I should probably wake him up before the teacher scolds him.

Tinakitten: Psst, Y/n.

I shake him a bit and woke him up. He lifted his head up, his eyes squinting a bit and stretched. After he stretched, he started to rub his eye and looked at me.

You: What's up Tina?

Tinakitten: You should be paying attention or else the teacher will be mad.

You: I know but, it's hard to stay awake... (Yawns) I had the
closing shift last night and stayed a lot later than usual because I was scheduled with really slow co-workers.

Tinakitten: Oh, I'm sorry.

That's right, Y/n has a job. Even though we're in high school, Y/n is already starting to be an adult. Not only does Y/n have a job, but he can drive and he said he's working a lot to get himself a car. His parents already bought him one, but he said he wants his dream car.

You: (Yawn) I keep hitting overtime because people are lazy to show up to work, I've busted my ass off this whole month, I need to sleep...

Tinakitten: But you gotta learn what Mr. Teacher is teaching. You'll get left behind.

You: I know but-

???: Just leave him be Tina.

Tinakitten: Hmm?

I look over to the other side of Y/n and see my one and only enemy. Imane.

Tinakitten: What'd you say?

Pokimane: If he wants to sleep, let him sleep. He has control over himself, not you.

Tinakitten: I was just saying-

Pokimane: Be quiet, I don't want to hear it.

She then pats Y/n on the back and gave him a smile.

Pokimane: Go ahead and go to sleep, I'll text you what we went over and send you the notes.

You: Sweet, thanks Imane.

Pokimane: (Giggles) Of course.

And just like that, Y/n went back to sleep. I forgot that Imane is also in this class and while I sit on Y/n's right side, Imane sits on his left. Imane and I don't really like each other. She just likes to make fun of me and make my life miserable. She'll make fun of my likes and dislikes, anything that I want, Imane will get it first and make fun of me for not getting it before her, she'll just insult me whenever she has the chance and just wants me to be sad and depressed. But that ain't working on me, I've been dealing with her for way too long, I kind of know how to put up with her.

But the thing is, I'm kind of scared right now. Not because of her, no way, I'm not scared of Imane. But I'm scared that Y/n might catch feelings for her. Imane found out that I had a crush on Y/n for a while and now she's been trying to hook up with him slowly. I've noticed that Y/n has been getting closer and closer to her and I'm worried that those two might actually go out soon. I've been trying to get closer to him too, but I'm not as close to him as he is with Imane.
