DC X male reader Insert (the god of laughter.)

family reunion

Hello boys and girls here is the second chapter of my DC story and I hope that all of you are enjoying the story like how much I am writing it. Now for my question of the day and that is if you were batman sidekick (you can do all that acrobatic stuff) what would your hero name be and why? For me I think I would call myself something like sparrow so that I'm keeping with the bird them but I'm not just another robin. Now with that all said and done let's get on with this story.

Diana POV

I landed into a secluded area of the park in my civilian clothing which is the area that my son is which I saw from the watch tower, for some reason he was walking with a child for some reason. While I am looking around trying to spot y/n I see that there was not that many people out since the batman who laughed has put fear into people's heart after it was revealed that some members of the league lost to him and his group. Finally after a few minutes of walking and looking around I see my son with the boy seeming to practice marshal arts with him.

Diana:"excuse me."

Both of the men looked at me as y/n caught one of the boys punches.

Y/n:"yes miss? Is there something that you needed?"

I nodded.

Diana:"yes but if it is okay could I talk to you in private."

Y/n looked down at the boy reaching into his pocket and pulled out ten dollar note.

Y/n:"go get me and yourself an ice-cream Adam while I walked talk to this lady, it's hot out here."

The boy who is called Adam nodded and ran off to get ice cream for the both of them, I walked towards y/n ready to tell him who I am.

Diana:"so... I don't know how to tell you but i-"

Adam:"what flavor do you want!!?"

Y/n looked back at Adam.

Y/n:"mint chocolate chip!(or whatever your favourite flavour of ice cream is) Get yourself two scoops of whatever you want!"

Adam then ran off while y/n looked back at me.

Y/n:"sorry about that, now what were you saying miss?"

I breathed in and out hoping this time I get to tell y/n I'm his mother.

Diana:"Well... You might not know who I am but I am your mother y/n."

Then there was an awkward silence as the two of us looked at eachother for what felt like hours but in reality it was probably a few seconds.

Y/n:"I'm sorry who? I've got a mother and your not her."

What? Was the watch tower wrong or did y/n lose his memory or something?

Diana:"s-sorry, I must have to wrong person."

I then walked off upset that all of this was for nothing, this person is either not my son or he doesn't know who I am and found a new mother. As I am walking off I take one last look at y/n or whoever he is before walking back to the secluded area to fly away, maybe one day y/n will find me.

Adam POV

I walked back over to y/n holding both his ice-cream as well as my ice-cream which was two scoops with one being chocolate and vanilla. When I got to y/n the lady that went up to him was now gone, y/n looked back at me as I handed him his ice cream.

Adam:"so who was she y/n?"

Y/n took the ice cream from me and kicked it while I licked mine.

Y/n:"that woman was my mother, I just told her I already had one since I don't want her to know that I think I am her son."
