I might just redo this cover

Anyways, welcome to another dream-based idea that's probably never going to make it to Wattpad because I think it would fit as a comic better.

Anyways since this one will take me a while to even get started because it's base on a vastly different world that is heavily based on religion, I usually imagine my stories to be part of the same "world" even though they're not in the same universe. I wanted to try something different this time around.

Here's what I've come up with so far:

Religion

Filii Autem Sol (Children of the Sun)
- These people follow the Goddess Sanctimonia/Modestia. Her name is a wip, but she is the God of Purity, Light, and Humility. Her power spreads throughout the entirety of the world because so many people believe in her.
- I've been inspired by Skyrim's Daedric Prince Merida in the sense that she hates all undead. Santimonia/Modestia is the representation of "good."

There are two other Gods; one of them is the God of Corruption and Deformity. His name is Pravitas, and he is the representation of "evil." Since Santimonia's/Modestia influence is so spread out, Pravitas doesn't have a firm grip on those he can influence. His power comes from people's deep desires and uses that to family his chaos, all in the name of entertainment. I don't know the name of the group that would eventually worship the God of Corruption and Deformity, but I'm trying to find out what religions I can draw inspiration from to flesh out Pravitas more, so feel free to leave suggestions.

The third God is unknown. They prefer to be left forgotten because it allows them to interfere with the mortal world better. This God hides under the shadows of Fate and keeps the forces balanced. They're don't really do anything besides observe, but if they see an imbalance, they will favor one of two previously mentioned Gods to fix it. (Much like Humanes in the book Angelic lover.)

The world will be set in a more early Victoria era, but there are no major cities. There are only villages owned by prominent families or lead by Churches of the Filii Autem Sol.

Finally, we get to the a portion plot. Our main character's name is Pura Damon, a devoted follower of the Goddess of Purity, Light, and Humility. I imagine him to be a small bean of pure goodness. He was adopted into the Damon family, a wealthy and rather influential family. Despite being known as caregiving, charitable folks, they're power-hungry and would go to great lengths to obtain said power. One route they choose to go is turning to Pravitas for his favor. The God grants them his blessing under the condition that their children be offered to him. The family agrees. Although not technically their child, Pura is sacrificed to the God, to which he resisted. Amused by Pura's efforts, Pravitas begins to slowly corrupt him all while stripping him of his humanity. Pura later falls victim to the God and seeks out the Goddess's help. Recognizing that the boy is no longer human, she assumes he turned traitor and curses him. Pura, now grieving and left without guidance, seals himself away as punishment and as a way to protect others from his newfound corrupt desires. He's later unsealed by the Filii Autem Sol, in hopes that they can use him to bring down his siblings and restore Sanctimonia/Modestia's influence.

Damn, that was a lot to unpack there. The first chapters are going to basically explain that whole paragraph in more detail. The only reason it explains so much is because that is just the backstory. The main "main" plot is the journey with the Filii Autem Sol to restore the Goddess's influence...

I think...

Maybe...

Theres more that need a bit more careful consideration but im liking what I see so far. This is going to be a large book, that's for sure!
