What Promise?

Hours later, Donnie and Mikey began to wake up. Donnie looked to see themselves tied up again. "Great," he muttered. He looked over to see Leo tied up with them. "Leo?" He asked, "How did you get here?" Leo turned towards him. "Well let's just say I tried to save you guys and..I failed," he said. "Where Splinter?" Mikey asked. "I don't know little brother. He ran off to fight Shredder," he told him. "Well we need to get out somehow," Donnie said trying to get free. "That's not gonna happen." Raph's voice said. "Raph, dude! Let's us out! You're in trouble!" Mikey yelled. He chuckled. "Why would I be in danger?" He asked. "Shredder said he would kill you after he killed us!" He said. "Shredder wouldn't do that! He promised he wouldn't hurt me!" Raph snapped at him. "Wait, what promise?" Leo asked. Raph stayed quiet. "Raph? What are you talking about?" Leo asked again. Raph still remained quiet. After a moment he decided to talk. "I was forced to be in the Foot..I didn't want to be in here.." He said. "But you said you liked it there and never wanted to leave?" Mikey asked. "I lied. Back when me and Shredder had the fight, I was getting beaten badly. He grabbed me by my neck and told me to work for him just to use me for getting you guys and Splinter. He gave me a choice for him to kill me, or to serve him. I choose to serve him," he said then sighed. "I should've sacrificed myself to protect you guys. And he said that if I worked for him, he wouldn't hurt me." Raph looked down. "Raph, Shredder is lying to you. Me and Mikey heard Tiger Claw and his conversation saying that they would kill you," Donnie said. Raph's eyes widen. "So can you let us out now?" Raph nodded and went over to let them go until Fishface came through the door, seeing what Raph was doing. "Well, look what we have here," he said with a smirk on his face. "Wait till Master Shredder finds out about this," he said. Raph quickly grabbed a Sai and cut the rope then went to fight Fishface. "Guys! Go find sensei! Hurry!" Raph yelled while fighting. "But what about you?" Donnie asked. Fishface kicked Raph hard in the stomach. Raph fell to his knees. "I'll be fine, just hurry!" He yelled. They all left. "Where do you think Splinter could be?" Mikey asked. Out of nowhere, they heard someone scream. "Splinter!" They yelled and headed to where his scream can't from and they couldn't believe what they saw. They saw Splinters body, motionless on the floor. "Sensei..."
