Both Harry and Draco are fairly popular; among girls and boys, and neither of them like it.
On a quiet day, Harry would get about 20 love letters through his window, and about 4 in the great hall, all of which Draco probably ripped up; visa versa.
If Draco wasn't with his friends, or spending time with Harry, you would probably find him bombarded by a mixed group of students, or which Harry would break up (eventually) the away way, or the hard way.
