Chapter 32

Hurt

The horn blared shuttering the silence. Abddon's Army aimed for attack. While he watch. Rosè's team prepare themselves for the worst. This battle will down as one of the most historic event the world had ever witness.

Lisa let's go her hold on Jennie and turned back agaisnt her. The brunette clicked her tongue and did the same. They all took a deep breath.

Lisa stepped forward and crossed a line. The vibration of the invisible boarder caught the attention of her friends. But she didn't look back. From a far the false king smirked. She was now inside the fatal range.

"LISA!" Jennie shouted and tried to get closer, Jisoo grabbed her arms.

"No,no please go back here!" She beg, her face is red. Her voice is frustrated. She's scared.

"Jennie don't worry about her, she's Lisa. Focused on what's a head of us" Jisoo said.

"Remember what I told you guys" The blonde pertained to their tactics.

Each of them activated their abilities and their costume swords. It matches the color of their eyes. The sharp weapon is made put of something unexplainable. Enough to kill the enemy.

"Shit we're almost late" Jeongyeon out of nowhere spoke. She's catching her breath. Behind her is Yeji and Ryujin.
"Sorry we woke up late" she made a peace sign.

The blonde nodded.

"Don't go far away from me" Seulgi whispered to Irene.

"Okay" Irene calmly replied.

"You two always call my name if you need help" Lucas said pointing Nayeon and yeri.

"Yes boss" Nayeon playfully rolled her eyes.

"Damn I'm scared" Yeri shakes.

"For the better world" Jennie muttered. Her eyes shines the brightest among them. If she pushed it more, it would blind all the people surrounding her.

"Jennie is scaryyyy" Jisoo commented, talking to Rosè.

"She can be scarier than that" the blonde stated.

The horn blasted once again. That's when both sides act. If the one team is armed with swords, the other is armed with full body suites and spears.

Jennie and Rosè was in the front of the pack. The first one who comes close in contact with the enemies. The warrior spirit inside the brunette was questionably there inside her the whole time. This is the moment it triggered.

"AaA!" The red vision swung his spear towards Jennie. The brunette leaned back to avoid it. In a fast phase she kicked the knees and the man fell down. She took this chance to step on his chest and stab her sword on his head.

The blood spurted  in every direction. Jennie wiped her face. She felt a presence behind her and she quickly dodge the incoming attack. "Amazing" the woman said.

The brunette gave  poker face and swings her weapon, the woman defended herself with her spear. Push and pull they fight. "So strong" the woman uttered.

"So talkative" Jennie replied, the woman fumed and attacked her much faster. Jennie smiled remembering her countermeasures. Her private lessons with Lisa paid off when she pulled the woman's arm and twisted it.

She whispered to her ear. "Kill yourself" the woman calmed, and obliged the brunette's command. Stabbing herself with the spear.

"That was easy" the brunette said.

"That was inhumane" Jennie heard Jisoo's voice. The brunette shrugged, "there's no human in them though,their devils" she replied.

"Right" the raven haired girl chuckled.

"Eww" the voice sounded disgust. They looked around and saw Nayeon being irrated with the blood.

Suddenly, a man attacked her. She was in shock, luckily someone blocked her. It was Jeongyeon. "God, woman! There's no time for that" Jeongyeon said, pulling back her sword.

The fight continued with blood covering the ground. The numbness of their body is weakening them. Bruises and cuts are all over their skin.

Jennie felt someone kick her legs, she stumbled. "Bitch" she uttered, she rolled  between the man's knees to avoid the attack. She stood from the back and Slit his throat.

She exhales as the man touched the ground. Abruptly a hand encircled her neck from the back. The grip is to tight, she strangled.  Her mind couldn't think straight.

Her eyes are closing in pain.
"Kitty is hurt, aww" the low voice horsed.

The man opened her fingers a bit to let her catch some air. But it didn't let go.
"I thought you we're strong" the man said with gritted teeth. Jennie wants to see his face but her head can't move.

She also can't utter a word.
"If Lisa only agreed to become an ally then this woudn't happen" the man shook his head.

"That woman is stubborn, if I were the king, I killed her already. But she's the pledged." The man stated. Jennie ceased her forehead. Digesting the man's words.

"The woman can't be destroyed, no one can but herself" the man continued. Jennie's eyes saw how her friends struggles to fight.

"Oh, there's a way for me to defeat her though" his voice is playful. "I'll use you, for sure your lover can't resist and kill herself." he whispered, then he chuckled.

The brunette can't take it anymore and generates heat and electricity current in her body. She started to convulse. The man started to get electrocuted. Jennie's eyes beamed to the skies. The clouds combined together as they darken. The thunder roared, all of a sudden a lighting struck them.

It created a wide blast, the light hurting their eyes. Throwing their bodies like debris and fell on the ground. Rosè looked for Jennie, but the dust circulating the brunette blocked her sight.

The rain started to pour. The dust slowly fades with the wind. What they saw shocked them. The silhouette of the brunette is perfectly standing in the middle. The blue eyes is much shinier. Her hair floats in gravity.

Jennie tilted her head up and her face caught the attention of everyone. It was full of small white vein marks. Her eyes maybe emotionless but her heart isn't

Jisoo who's rubbing her back from the fall spoke "oh god she looks like a lioness"

The brunette is staring at the man who's coughing blood. Despite being hurt he stifled a smile. Jennie grab his neck and effortlessly lift him up. The man choked, in the air he wiggled his feet.

"You will not win this time Jennie" he uttered.

"Die" Jennie said.

With that, Jackson let out his last breath.

She throw his body to one of his ally. Some of the enemies stepped back when she moved forward. The brunette wanted to burst but it would also damage her friends.

"This is not the right way to defeat them  Jennie" she said to herself.

Instead, she acted fast as lightning and killed every enemy in sight. Her action was a que for their team to move.

They poured all their energy in executing the red visions. Specially the brunette who's letting out the fire within her. She didn't let them touch her, she was in the mode of instant kill.

She run through a group of enemy and struck a lightning on them. It was more convenient than killing them one by one. She distanced herself from her friends to keep them away from being hurt.

It was not a surprise that Jennie almost did all the work in slaying the opponents.

She was slaughtering her last rival when they heard  something exploded, she turned her head and from the other side. She saw an object flying towards the Latter.

Lisa on the other hand didn't flinched at the sound. She stared at the object with a bored look. As it comes near, she snapped and the object was crushed into pieces.

"What a lame game to play" she blew at her fingers.
