Two months later
Logan and Maggie were the only ones at the boys house. Most of them were at the Boston College game against Yale to size up their competition. Bucky was at his grandparents for a dinner for brother's birthday.
Things were getting steamy between them. They had been playing around Logan went to get on top of her with a condom in hand.
"Logan no..I can just suck you off." She said
"Maggie come on baby..I have condoms and you have your birth control. What is it that you are being like this still. We have been together 8 months." He said
"Logan Im not ready." She said
He groaned as he laid back on the bed. She went to go down on him but he stopped her.
"Logan.." she whispered
He sat up and pulled on clothes. "You should go.." he said
"What?" She said
"Maggie I like you a lot..but..I'm getting bored with the oral. Besides that I have a team mate/room mate who keeps giving me death stares everytime I come in a room especially when you are here. So we should just break up." Logan said
She looked down as she slowly got out of the bed. As she wiped tears she pulled on her clothes.
"Maggie.." he said
"I thought you weren't like the others Logan." She said as she buttoned the jeans.
"Mags..I'm still a guy I may not go around sticking it to everyone but I'm still a guy.." he said
"Shut up! Just shut up!..I thought you were different but I was wrong. I hate you Logan.." she said as she walked out.
"Maggie please understand that I'm not trying to be an asshole.." he said as he followed her.
She slammed the front the door and left in her car. She cried all the way home after stopping at the store. The girls came in little awhile later with Dylan Hunter and Bryant. They were going to have a movie night.
Maggie poked her head out. "Can you all keep it down?" She said
Dylan and Hunter looked up. "Mags aren't you suppose to be at Davenport's?" Dylan said
"We broke up.." she said in a low tone and closed her door.
"Oh I'm gonna kill him..." Hunter said
"Ditto.." Dylan said as they started the movie.
The next day Bucky was coming down towards the table Maggie was sitting at in the library. She was eating gummi bears as she studied and wiped tears. He stopped in his tracks.
"Maggie? What's wrong?" He said
She looked up and gathered up her stuff. "Go to hell, I hate you.." she said
"Maggie what the hell did I do?" He said
"You..you did it again. You can't just let me be happy can you?" She said as Logan was coming up behind her.
"Maggie I'm not sure I'm following.." he said
"Maggie.." Logan said behind her.
She took a deep breath and walked off without even looking at Logan. Bucky looked at him.
"What did you do?" Bucky said
"We broke up.." Logan said as he went to get the book he needed.
"You didn't tell her it was because of me.." Bucky said
"I was honest with her Barnes. I didn't say your name specifically but she figured it out on her own." Logan said
Bucky walked off as he shook his head.
