Eight months later
It was December hockey season was back in action and Maggie was gearing up for the Winter Olympics. But it was a free night for both of them and Maggie agreed to go on a real date with Bucky.
Maci let him in when he knocked on the door to pick her up. When she walked out he gulped.
"Wow.." he whispered
"I'm ready when you are." She said
"You look amazing." He said as he helped with her coat.
When they got to the car he opened the door for her and let her in. They headed to a nice restaurant where they had dinner. He was attentive to her and affectionate. He never took his eyes off her not even when the waitress clearly was trying to flirt with him.
When dinner was over they began to walk the street as snow fell around them. He took her by the hand as they approached a street vendor who was selling hot chocolate. He bought two cups and handed her one.
She looked at him dumbfounded. "What? You still like hot chocolate right?" He said
"I do. I just how did you know?" She said
"I pay attention Maggie.." he said as he took her by the hand and they started walking again.
They finally reached the surprise he had for her and their date. It was a horse drawn carriage he let her go first then he climbed in. The driver took them through the local park as she laid her head on Bucky's shoulder.
They took a selfie on the carriage to commemorate the night. When they got back to her suite.
"I had fun tonight, I was actually surprised that you knew how to plan a date let alone execute one." She said
"Haha. I do know how dates work." He said
"Okay. Well here we are at my door. What happens now?" She said
"I'd show you if you would stop talking and making fun of me." He said as he pulled her closer to him.
"Then show me.." she whispered
He leaned down and gently kissed her lips. He wrapped his arms around her as she began to kiss back and moaned. He backed her back against the wall their tongues fought each other. She began to tug on his hair.
"I should go now.." he whispered as he let go of her lips.
She looked up at him. "Baby don't look at me like that. I'll see you in the morning" he whispered as he kissed her again.
"Goodnight Maggie baby." He whispered as he kissed her forehead.
"Goodnight." She whispered
