After that boy came we just kept playing . Our game is basically a never ending one we don't keep score or anything just play . We played for 2 hours until we had to go and get lunch . I walked home by myself to get some money to buy lunch with the boys .People say its weird i only hang out with boys but their my best friends so I really care to much . The rest of the day was pretty normal just eat , play ball , walk home then go to sleep .
The Next day, Today was the 5th day of summer holiday everyone is always so happy in summer holiday because we can do what we actaully want and not have adults bossing us around . Today we planned to meet outside a diner . When I go there everyone was there except for Benny . Strange i thought that's not like him .
( bennys pov),I was walking to meet up with y/n and the rest of the boys when i saw the same boy squints hit in the face yesterday .
" Hey are you okay whats your name ?" i asked
" Um yeah i'm fine my name is Scotty smalls what about you ?"
"My names Benny and do you play ball mate " i said
" Well my step dad has taught me a couple of times "
" okay then do you want to come try with us ?" i asked hoping he would say yes
" oh i can't my mitt is broken " Scotty said
" well that's okay i have a spare one now come on lets go meet my friends ."
( y/n pov),We have been waiting for Benny for a little while now and its kinda strange because he's normally always there first . Ham decided to put a hot dog in his mouth and say a word.
Ham :" mmm mm mmm "
" What ?" Kenny said
" Mmmmmmm" Ham said again
" He said he was the great Bambino " i decided to say to prove to everyone I know everything .
" Who's that " said a voice coming round the corner .
We saw Benny and the boy from yesterday that got hit . Ow his eye looks painful it was purple and black ow that could be of been me . But the Ham started talking .
"What did he say " Ham decided to start of the conversation .
" What were you born in a barn man " Bertram added
" Yeah Yeah what planet are you from " Yeah Yeah decided to say.
" You never heard of the sultan of swat " Squints said whilst chewing his gum loudly .
" The Titan of terror " Me and Kenny decided to put at the same time
" The caliph of clout " Timmy put
" The caliph of clout " Tommy put following his brother
" The king of crash man " Benny said to try and ease up what was happening with Scotty .
" Oh yeah the Great Bambino i thought you said the great bambi " scotty said obviously trying to hide his mistakes
" That Wimpy dear !" i asked in absolute disgust " Oh yeah sorry " Scotty said
" okay well let me introduce you to everyone " Benny said again trying to ease up the tension .
( Scotty pov ) As Benny started introducing me to them i started to look them up and down not trying to be rude .
" Okay so on the far right that's Hamilton Porter but we call him ham " Benny said The stubby ginger kid spat out his gum and tilted his head at me .
" Then there is Kenny DeNunez but just call him Kenny " Kenny was a Black kid he looks stubborn but happy and quite older than me . The boy spat out his gum and gave me a little wave .
" That's Alan McClennan but everyone calls him yeah yeah " The skinny boy was quite small and wore a baseball hat backwards he then spate out his gum and smiled .
" Then there is Y/N Y/LN " when Benny said that all of the boys blushed it was kinda strange like they love her or something . She was really beautiful . She had silky y/hc ( your hair colour) hair and sparkling y/ec ( your eye colour ) eyes . " I'm not spitting out my gum " she said looking quite moody
" Okay Scotty stop gushing over Y/n i still have people to introduce okay this is Bertram Grover Weeks but obviously we just call him Bertram " Bertram was a tall skinny dude with small transparent glasses . He spat out his gum with full force .
" Okay this is Michael Palledorous but we call him squints " The boy was small and skinny and had huge black glasses . Before the boy spat it out he took of his glasses Wiped it on his t-shirt then spat it out .
" Then there is Timmy and Tommy Timmons " The two boys spat their gum out in unison . Timmy was just a bit taller then Tommy .
" Then there is Benny" Y/n said " He is our best player and we would be nowhere without him except i was the first one to start the group ." Benny spat out his gum he looked the oldest out of all of them but he y/n and Kenny looked like they were the ' golden trio ' . I was shocked how big of friends everyone was with each other they seem so comfortable around each other and not like they were going to rip each others head off like it was in my old town . I didn't know if i was going to fit in with these people i like science and i always get straight As but these people seem like they don't have a care in the world .
