The group arrived in Monaco for the grand prix right on time. Tony and Pepper mingled, while Rose helped Nat to secure a table for everyone.

"I swear, this man is crazy," Nat whispered to Rose as they made their way through the dining room. They were sent to secure a table with a view, so Tony could watch the race from there.

"Well, he is his father's son," responded Rose, laughing at her friend's unfortunate undercover placement. She sat as Nat approved the location with the wait staff and Tony before Tony disappeared to the bar. Rose watches with Nat as Justin Hammer approached Tony, with a reporter by his side. The conversation went back and forth, and it was easy to spot the tension between the men. Natasha went to intervene, but Tony excused himself to the bathroom, leaving the three women at the lunch table. They were looking at the menu, before looking at the television when a commotion occurred, people in shock that Tony had decided to drive his team car. Natasha and Pepper went to grab Happy, while Rose moved to the track to talk with Tony.

"Tony are you actually insane," Rose yelled over the roar of engines, "You have pepper and everyone in a fit upstairs."

"I know Rosie," Tony mused, laughing when he got the annoyed expression he was looking for. Officials escorted Rose to the sidelines, as the race began.

The driving started normally, until a crew member walked onto the track, revealing a contraption and unfolding whips that were connected to it. The mystery man powered up the whips and cleanly sliced through the lead car's engine. Rose made her way closer, as she contacted Happy. He and Pepper were bringing Tony's suit, while Natasha slipped away to contact Fury.

"Fury said to not engage unless absolutely necessary R," Natasha commented over comms, "and I quote, don't do anything too flashy."

"Copy that," Rose laughed. She had filled Nat in on her situation after talking to Fury. Her powers were a little sporadic when she first woke up and didn't want to startle her friend if there was a blast through the wall.

Tony finally rounded the corner, and Rose quickly jumped on to hitch a ride.

"Are you crazy?" Tony yelled, looking at the blonde.

"Maybe you're rubbing of tones," Rose joked, poking her tongue at the man. She was impressed she could do that. Their mystery man slashed through Tony's engine as well, and Rose jumped off gracefully to not get caught in the wreck. This gained the man's attention, as he turned towards her. She slowly backed away, trying to keep her distance from Tony.

"An impressive trick Agent Carter," commented the man, circling the whips in each hand, "Almost as impressive about lying for Stark."

"I don't lie, sir," Rose stated calmly. She felt her skin heating up, a blue tinge making an appearance on her hands.

"My fight is not with you though child, it's with him," the man responds, before turning his whip to Tony's remaining car, slicing through the driver's seat. Luckily, Rose stalled long enough for Tony to escape his seat, and sneak behind the man landing a punch. The man quickly recovers, and throws Tony across the track, sending his whips relentlessly at Tony, causing him to fall. Happy and Pepper still hadn't arrived, so Rose knew she had to step up. She calmed herself, before sending a blast of blue energy at the back of the weapon, causing the electricity to falter. This turned the man's attention to her, confused as to how she stopped him. The electricity began again, and he set his attention towards her. Before he was able to do anything though, Happy slammed him against the barrier with the car. This pauses the action, but not long enough for Pepper to hand Tony the suit briefcase. Whips began moving through the car, slicing it to pieces. Rose once again, focuses a blast on the controls of the machine, rendering them useless for good this time. Tony suits up and takes care of the man until authorities arrive.

"So you wanna tell me what that's about Fireball?" asked Tony, once the man was in custody.

"Not out here, no. You get your questions answered, I have to report to Fury," Rose responded, knowing she was in for it.

Rose met up with Natasha, and the two flew back to New York to meet with Fury.

"One job Rose, you had one job," said Fury, his hands resting on the back of his office chair. He had both girls report to his office as soon as he saw the video of events, "You're lucky everyone was more concerned about the tech than your hands."

"I know, I'm sorry," started Rose, "I wait as long as possible, but I didn't have weapons-"

"I'm messing with you Rose, it was pretty cool," Fury smirked. Natasha laughed at Rose, seeing the shocked look on Rose's face, "I want you to lay low in New York for a little, Agent Romanoff will continue her work and check back in with us."

With that, Fury let the two girls go. Once the door closed, he called Coulson in.

"Did you watch the videos of her?" asked Fury, turning to his friend, "Did you see what she did?"
"Yes sir, we've seen those moves and that color," agreed Coulson, "What should we do?"

"We have to run some tests."
