Ranpos pov:
Edgar Allan Poe had been my "rival" for quite some time. To be quite frank, I always admired Poes work. He could never beat me but he's still really good at what he does! Well we're boyfriends now and he makes novels for me to solve every so often! I enjoy being by his side and solving anything he gives me. I consider myself the best detective in the world.
He has a raccoon named Karl. I don't know why he owns a raccoon as a pet, but Karl's rather cute. Even though he's an attention hogger.
I let out a heavy sigh as I hear the door knob to our house unlock. I jolt out of my seat dropping my snacks.
Poe peeks his head in as I glare at the door.
" YOU OWE ME NEW SNACKS SINCE YOU FRIGHTENED ME AND MADE ME DROP THEM. " I shout jokingly making a pouty face.
" Ah, sorry about that dear. I promise we can go to the store to get you snacks in a bit. " Poe responds tiredly.
I bend down to clean up the mess on the floor. " Idiot. You're the only thing I need right now. " My boyfriend walks in the house, turning around closing the door and locking it whilst Karl's on his shoulder. He goes to the bedroom, and on his way I stand up and kiss his cheek.
" You sounded tired, wanna get some rest with me? " He nods in response. " Okay go get into comfier clothes. I'll finish cleaning this mess. " I grin with my eyes squinted.
Poe pats my head and pecks my forehead with a kiss as Karl squirms onto my shoulder.
I crouch down to finish cleaning my snacks from the floor. Didn't take that long. As soon as I finished I had Karl accompany me to the bedroom.
Since I was at home all day I decided to keep my pyjamas on, so as soon as i made it into the room I gently jumped into the bed. Poe beamed at me. He's absolutely stunning. I put my head on his stomach and wrap my arms around his waist. I felt his hands messing with my medium length, messy, black, bed head hair.
We were laying there for a couple minutes watching true crime films.
Karl yawned and Poe drifted to sleep. I was slowly dozing off too. My eyes started to flutter close for a couple seconds before I fully passed out.
