42. Tangled

Yeona, Eunji and Ye-jun sat in Eunji's bedroom discussing Eunji's wedding, happily. Yeona was unusually quiet, sitting on the chair.

"So? Tell me did you two decide on the dresses? The wedding gown amd the bridesmaid ones?" Ye-jun asked resting his body on the bed.

"Annio. We'll go today." Eunji said.

"Can I go too?" Ye-jun asked.

"Wae?"

"I wanted to see you in the dress that's why!" Ye-jun whined.

"Aish this kid." Eunji laughed, followed by Ye-jun.

"Yeona?" Eunji called out seeing her sitting without any reaction.

No reply.

"Yeona!" Ye-jun called, shaking her a bit.

"Ah nae?" Yeona finally replied.

"We were calling you. Gwencchana?" Eunji asked.

"Nae..."

"She might be sad that she is going away soon..."

"Wae? Where are you going?" Eunji asked shocked.

"Ah... about that... I got a job offer in Busan and am moving out the day after your wedding..." Yeona revealed.

"And why am I coming to know of it now? Even Ye-jun knew!"

"Ah I was with her when she sent the confirmation mail..."

"When? You went without me?"

"Annio noona about that..."

"He came to resolve the things between us."

"Oh! Good then!"

"Now now tell us did you think about the venue?"

"Annio... I was about to look for someone actually."

"Ya noona! You want to get married or not! How can you still not sort all these!"

"Ya ya! Stop shouting! Tell me if you know someone to arrange all that!"

"Mm... I think I do know someone!"

"Nugu?"

"You'll see! I'll go make the call." Ye-jun said walking out of the room.

Eunji turned to Yeona.

"Yeona I am seeing you for a few days now. What happened?"

"Annio..." Yeona smiled awkwardly.

"Don't lie. Tell me what happened. Why are you so quiet nowadays?"

Yeona couldn't hold back any longer. Tears welled  up in her eyes.

"Tell me?" Eunji asked again..

"Taehyung..."

"What about him?"

Yeona explained Eunji everything that had happened and how Tae had denied everything, ruling them out as rumours.

"Come here." Eunji hugged Yeona tightly.
