22. What Will Happen to TaeTae?

V couldn't apprehend as how Bang PD-nim came to know about him sending Yeona the flowers. He was sure they hadn't made any mistake that could cause Bang PD-nim to find out.

Having various thoughts in his mind, V trod to his room to change his clothes. His eyes fell on Yeona's diary and having no control on himself, he opened it and picked at his favourite entry in the diary.

"Song Yeona what if I end up finding you? Then Ye-jun doesn't need to be your backup." V smiled answering to the diary entry.

Kim Taehyung was lost in his thoughts, totally forgotten about Bang PD-nim but he was zapped back to reality by RM shouting his name.

"KIM TAEHYUNG! GET YOUR ASS HERE!"

"NAE hyung!"

V kept the diary safe in its place, took his jacket and jogged out into the hall. Rapmon and Jimin were waiting for him, standing, looking tensed.

"If he scolds you just listen and don't talk back. He is elder and cares for us. You know that. Arrasseyo?" RM said keeping his hand on V's shoulder.

"Nae hyung." Tae's voice small.

"I'll go with you." Jimin said, being the soulmate he was to V.

"Its not-"

"Let him go. You'll be able to rely on him." Rapmon said.

V could not say no to his hyung for he wasn't wrong and Jimin tagged along.

Tae got into the car followed by Jimin.

"It'll be okay. Just tell him the truth."

V nodded without saying a word. He was too tensed about this. He had done mischievous things in the past that were against the contracts but those were nothing big. This could cause a huge rumor and his career, BTS's career, could get affected.

They reached the company in a few minutes. Tae hadn't said a word since they got into the car. Jimin was tensed about his friend.

"Gwencchana?"

"Nae." V replied.

He unlocked the door and got out. Jimin followed him inside the company building. They were immediately ushered to Bang PD-nim's office.

"You want me to go in with you?" Jimin asked, concerned.

"Andwae. I'll see to it. Wait here for me." Tae said and turned to get to Bang PD-nim's office.

He held onto the door knob but let a second or two pass. He didn't turn it. He took a deep breath and turned to look at Jimin.

Jimin smiled and nodded.
"Fighting chingu-ya."

V smiled back and finally turned the door knob and got in.
Bang PD-nim was in his chair inside his cabin, sitting looking at some paperwork. Tae knocked at the cabin door and PD-nim looked up and signalled him to step inside.

"Annyeonghaseyo PD-nim." V greeted.

"Annyeonghaseyo V."

V walked in and sat on the chair opposite to Bang PD.

"Did you send the flowers?" PD-nim asked.

"Nae..."

"And the card?"

"Nae PD-nim." V hung his head.

"Do you know how much I had to struggle because of this?"

"Mianhamnida PD-nim... I... I didn't think-"

"My parents thought I was dating someone without their knowledge!"
