Sixteen year-old Phineas Van Stomm, son of Buford Van Stomm, is in ninth grade. He had just moved into a boarding house, and it was no fun for him being alone. So, he decided to adopt a random pet, and he got a baby platypus named Perry, who, unbeknownst to him, was the offspring of the late OWCA Agent P. Then, he meets a long lost friend.
Izabelle Grace is a 16 year-old girl, who first met Phineas when they were ten. Also called Belle by her friends, she is currently the one with the most badges among the Fireside Girls.
