42 students finally crossed the finish line, and it was time to decide the next event. All the students walked over to the stage and waited for Midnight. When she walked onto the stage, the crowd cheered. Not as loud as before but still very loud. "WHO'S READY FOR ANOTHER EVENT?" Midnight shouted, causing the whole arena to shake with excitement. "LET'S SPIN THE WHEEL AND FIGURE OUT THE NEXT ONE!" 

As she spoke, the spinner on the screen started spinning. Again the anticipation was driving me nuts. If that wheel spun any slower, I would run up there and punch it. The spinning slowed and eventually landed on 'Cavalry Battle'. There was a mix of 'Ooo's in the cheering. 

Here's how it works. 

Depending on what you placed in the race, that would determine how many points you are worth. The person in 42nd is worth 5 points, 41st is worth 10, and so on until the second place who is worth 200 points. The winner of the race, however, is worth 10 million points. 

Everyone gets into a team of 3-4 and you add up your points. That is how much your team is worth.  

Whoever had the most points sits on top of the others. They will carry them, one in the front and two on the sides. 

Each team's "rider" (The person on top) will have a headband with their team's points. The aim of the game is to gather as many headbands as you can. 

When you steal someone else's headband you put it around your neck so the more headbands the rider is wearing, the harder it will be for them to see. 

If you lose your headband, you can still gather other teams' headbands. 

"You have 15 minutes to pick your teams," Midnight says after explaining, and a timer starts on the screen. 

"So where do you wanna go?" Mina asks me, pulling at my arm. 

"I don't know. I'm thinking Midoriya," I reply looking around. 

"Why? You won't be able to be the rider then. Plus, that's a huge target on you," 

"I know but I really want to be in the front. And since I came second and have the most, points," 

"Midoriya is the only one who has more points than you. So you'd get to be in the front. Well, good luck. I'll see you in the third round alright?" She asks holding both her hand in the air for double high fives. 

"You know it," I say giving her the double high fives. We laugh before parting ways. She walks towards Bakugou while I go find Midoriya. 

I find him with Uraraka and a pink-haired girl with goggles on her head. She didn't look like someone from the hero course. I quickly run over to them. "Midoriya," I shout as you reach him and catch your breath slightly. 

"Oh, hi Y/N. What's up?" He asks with a smile. 

"Can I be on your team? I really wanna be in the front," I say almost begging. 
Midoriya laughs a little bit. "Sure. That would make you our fourth."  He says with a smile. 

"HI! I'm Mei Hatsumi. Support course," The pink-haired girl exclaims jumping in my face startling me. 

"Hi?" 

"You're the one who came second right?" She asks walking around me looking me up and down. 

"Mhm," I hum nervously. 

"More publicity for my babies," She mumbles just barely audible. 

"Babies?" I ask confused. 

"Oooo, we get to use my babies," She exclaims running towards a chest off to the side of the arena. I turn to Uraraka and Midoriya. We all shrug and following her. She was digging through the chest when she eventually stopped and pulled out a pair of large boots. "We can use these to jump high in the air and avoid people,"
