The first thing I see when I open the door is a man sleeping in the hallway. He's sitting down, his head lying on his shoulder and his mouth open. He's blocking the way, but I quietly walk over him so I don't wake him.

Hey, wait!

"What? I whisper.

You have to give me more than that! We have our author MIA, so you're going to have to fill in the descriptor role.

I sigh and turn back to the sleeper. His brown hair fell over his narrow face, and his olive skin had a thin layer of dirt covering it. He was asleep, so I obviously couldn't tell you his eye colour. There was nothing remarkable about him, in my opinion. Slightly rumpled clothes, a long coat, still wearing shoes. Wait, was I wearing shoes?

Nope.

"Yeah, thanks for the reminder."

By the time I've went back to the room and retrieved the shoes, the man was stirring. The second I closed the door shut behind me, his eyes open and he looked up.

"Mica!" He sat up immediately, a relieved smile spreading across his face. "You're awake!"

"Y-yes," I say uneasily.

What colour are his eyes?

"Brown."

"What?"

"I was talking to..." I stop, realizing that your words were still clear on the hallway ground. I look between your sentence and the man, and then back again. "Um, you can't see it?"

He looks confused, and a bit worried. "See what?"

"The writing. On the floor." I point at it. "Well, not really on the floor, but I guess it would be on the paper...?"

"What are you talking about?" He stands up and brushes a layer of dust from his clothes. "Albin must've hit you harder than we'd thought. He'll be getting another two weeks for that, not like that's much of an addition."

I rub my forehead. "I was hit?"

"Yeah, don't you remember?"

"N-no. What happened?"

"We only know Albin's version, the cameras we're conveniently disarmed when he brought you back. Apparently you two got into an argument that escalated into a fight..." He gives me a sideways glance. "Anything?"

I shake my head, wincing. "No offence, but I don't know who you are, either."

"Y- " Something flashes in the man's eyes before he shakes his head. "Alright, I'm definitely taking you to Ruka. There's obviously a lot of brain damage here."

"Hey!" I complain as he grabs my wrist and starts to pull me along with him. My head still hurts. "Where are we going?"

"Where sick and hurt people go."

"A hospital?"

"You still know something, I see."

Mica?

"Oh, you're still here."

"Of course I'm still here."

"Not you."

"Alright, I'll add that to the list of things wrong with you."

I have to go to school... If I can't close the book , what should I do?

What should you do? Well, you shouldn't close it. I guess you have to close it to put it in a schoolbag, so... You should go to school. I'm sure my book can wait. As long as the pages don't turn, my time will be frozen. It won't pass at all.
