"Destiny!"Nelly yelled
I stepped out the room.Destiny kept walking and pass,then slammed her door.Mya came after,looked tore up.She handed me a pink slip and went to her room,then slamming the door.Nelly walks over and hands me another slip.I read them.Both suspension notes.
"Nelly..i got it..go get dressed"
"Thank you"she said irritated
I knock on Destiny's door. I wall in she was in her bed face down in the pillow.I sit on the side of her bed.
"Destiny..what happened?"
She sighed.She turned around.
"I was walking to the playground with my friends and she get her lil crew and trys to step to me so I show her whos boss"
"Did you win?"i say
She smiled."Did you see her face?"
We laughed."okay,Dest..don't do it again and if your mom ask tell her i gave you a long talking to."
She laughed and we hugged.I walked out her room.I walked into Mya's room. She sitting on her bed,brushing a doll hair.I sit in a chair.
"So what happened today?"
"Destiny attacked me..like some wild animal!"
"Where you bothering her?"
"No"
"So where you guys already by each other?"
"Umm..no"
"So she walked over and started bothering you?"
"No..i walked up to her"
"Oh..really?..for what"
"To see if we play together"
"Mya..i wanna let you know a secret..Destiny's not a liar,hot tempered yes,but not a liar...she already told me what happened..i waiting for you to tell the truth"
Her eyes widen..she probably confused because im not on her side.I always let her slide.Not today.She sighed and told me the whole story.Same as Destiny's.
"Ok..thank you..oh and your grounded"
I walk out.She slams the door.I walk into my room.I got into the bathroom.Nelly is the tub.She got a bunch of bubbles..so you know she's mad.I sit on the chair.I tell Nelly the story.She sighed in relief.
"Okay,well..i guess,were finding out the truth"
"yeah.."
I go and lay on my bed.I slowly drift off.
A few hours later_ _
I fell my self shake."Corahn.. i'm leaving..don't forget they haven't eaten"
"Damn..Nelly wearing that?"
She smiled"Yeah..bye"
She kissed my forehead and walked out.

I got this really nice place set up for us at dinner.I walk up to the door.I have roses in one hand a gift for Destiny in the other.I ring the door bell.Destiny opens it.She stares at me and she smiles.Nelly walks to the door.She looked amazing.I handed her the roses and she invited me in.I know this is Corahn's house.We don't really like each other but we pretty much ignore or barley talk to each other.Destiny hugs me.I missed my little girl so much.I get down to her level and hug her tight.
"I missed you Dest."
"I missed you too,daddy"
I smiled and we let go.
"Umm..i brought you something."
"Ooo what?"
I hand her the bag."This saying sorry about that day..um i hope you forgive me..Daddy was really messed up...you don't have to forgive me now but maybe on day"
"I forgave you a long time ago"
"Really?"
"Yeah,I man on tv said ...The funny thing about forgiveness is that by letting go of something outside of ourselves. It gives us peace inside of ourselves..im wanna be peaceful so i forgave you and now i have peace inside of me,because I let go of my anger."
My jaw dropped.I looked at Nelly who had the same face."Wow,Destiny..well i guess you don't need these gifts" I joked
"Wait..hold up,i don't forgive you until..I take this bag"she said
We laughed."You ready Nelly?"i asked
"Yup.oh and destiny make sure your uncle feeds yall"
"Yes,the highlight of my night babysitting my uncle"
We all laughed.We kissed her goodbye and got in my car.I drove her to the special place.
"A beach?"
"Um,yeah"
She smiled and we walked up to the table.
We sat down.
"Omg,craig....this is beautiful"
I smiled"So are you!"
She blushed.I smiled.Are server came and we eat and talked and the sun went down.When we were finished .I grabbed her hand.We walked over to the water.She kicked off her shoes and i did too and rolled up my pants.We walked along the shallow water.
"This was amazing Craig"
"I'm not done yet!"
Fireworks went off.She was smiling so hard.I puled her closer to me.
"Nelly..I love you so much..and I know the events of this year,have been crazy but I really wish you guys would come home.When your ready..I'm not trying to go back to the old life ..i just wanna start over."
She smiled with tears running down her eyes.I wiped them and we kissed.A huge fire work went off.
