Aerum was relatively very quiet during the car ride. She didn't look pleased to be with you either. You had many thoughts on how to start the conversation but were reluctant.

Aerum switched on the radio so as to ease the awkwardness.

You resorted to your phone, looking at various posts before going to the text messages. You still hadn't received any confirmation from Yoongi about the plans to hang out soon. Feeling a bit desperate for a friend and not a boyfriend, or really the shy girl next to you. You think she's shy at least.

Yoongi

Hey, do you know where's Leah? I needed to ask her something.

You

Hey, just got this,

I don't know, last I heard she went on a cruise. And can you not ask me about her anymore, I don't want to talk about her.

Are you free tomorrow? Can we meet?

You looked at the conversation, feeling hopeless that he would reply but it wouldn't hurt to try right?

You

Hey, How about today? After class? I really need to talk to someone right now...

Delivered today, 9:40 am

You sighed after sending the message, just wishing he would reply.

Jungkook scoffed looking at his second phone.

Need someone! What the fuck Y/N!? Am I, not enough?

He felt the innate urge to throw the phone and smash it into nothing, just like how he would imagine it would feel clawing away at Yoongi's throat. Instead, Jungkook took a deep breath, he would deal with everything one at a time, and right now, it wasn't a priority. He didn't get it, wasn't he enough? He could only think of you leaving him for someone like Yoongi, which made him sad and angry.  He focused on being angry, it was easier than trying to understand why he felt sad.

Anger rose even further in Jungkook but he had to force himself to concentrate on something else first, and that was finding a pack or making a pack. No sooner than later, he smelt it. The air changed. Jungkook's eyes searched his surroundings.

From his peripheral, he saw two women come up. He could see knives near the hip of one of them.

They seem to be wolves but why the heck would they need knives?

Maybe cause they are weak, Jungkook thought

But they didn't smell it.

"Jeon Jungkook,"

Jungkook looked at them, his eyes looked ready to fight his way out. He didn't want to fear them, Namjoon had trained them often and he was the best among them. Granted it was a small pool, so he could easily be defeated by them. His eyes calculated the fastest way to take them down.

"What do you want?" Jungkook said, his voice calm but assertive. He knew he couldn't lose no matter what, it would mean losing you. Especially after knowing that you wanted to meet Yoongi, he had to get back, to show you who you belong to.
