"No, please get better" Perrie whispered to them, her head frantic.

They were okay when she left, she didn't have to even remember distinctly to know that she left all of these in pristine condition like she does every single night. She tried everything, magic and ordinary remedies, none of it worked. All of her flowers were dying. Every single one wilted and she was heartbroken.

She slammed the watering can on the counter and slumped her head in her hands, racking her brain for a solution instead of questioning the situation more.

"Fuck" she mumbled frustrated. There's gotta be a way. Her head snapped up, there's one thing she can try and it's probably gonna cost her dignity but it's worth saving all of this. With that determination, she locked the shop's door and flew.

Perrie's POV

I knocked on the balcony window urgently and it flipped open without anyone getting it, a sign that Jade's nearby.

"I need your help" I blurted out, skipping pleasantries. Not that there were any pleasantries then.

She was sitting on the couch, turned away from me so I'm basically only in plain view of her curls. I heard a book close and a scoff before she lazily whipped her head towards me. Her gaze was disinterested, looking me up and down before turning around again.

I'm already on edge and she was making me feel crazy every second passing by with her nonchalance.

"Beg for it" she said sarcastically, going back to her book and chuckling to herself.

"Please Goddess Amelia." My voice pushed out. I don't care if we're not friends or if she makes my life crazy, I'm desperate.

Her hair flew back as she turned around faster this time, her eyes wide in shock. Then her mask of cool settled again as she stared at me fully this time, searching my eyes for any sort of humour. I know she sees there isn't, I never call her what she wants me to, let alone beg.

"Fine." She said simply, standing up. I released a breath I was holding. I can now see fully what she was wearing, a dark blue suit with the same hue of bowtie not tied but hanging on her collar. She looks like she just came from a gala or those fundraisers for rich people.

"If you would like to stop staring now and tell me what's going on that'll be great."
Her voice snapped me out of my thoughts, catching the way she rolled her eyes impatiently.

"I'll just show you, it's in my shop, there's something wrong with the flowers."

She nodded once and walked past me on her way to the elevator but if she hasn't sensed my restlessness, she will now. I grabbed her arm before she can get out of my reach,
"Flying there's gonna be faster, climb on my back"

I was expecting her to fight me or make some snide remarks about not wanting to touch me but to my surprise there was a slight sparkle in her eyes and then she jumped on my back with some help.

This is actually the first time I'm gonna fly with someone on me but I'm not about to tell her that.

I ran towards the balcony and jumped. I heard her gasp and felt her arms tighten a bit before relaxing when I started getting stable.

Her whole body was wrapped around mine tightly with my hands holding her thighs to keep her extra safe. I guess she was looking around because i couldn't feel her head against mine. I took a side peek and if you could stumble on air that would've been what was happening to me. Her head was tilted up looking at the sky with the biggest grin I've seen. A small smile crept on my lips when I witnessed hers despite the problem were still facing, wondering what was on her mind. And if I'll ever get to see her like this again instead of always getting sneered at.
