"You know I hate doing this," Oliver told Raya who was really eager to go with him in a date. Raya is her childhood friend.

They were supposed to marry each other because of an arranged marriage. But when they grew up, Raya decided to back out because she had a boyfriend. Oliver's family respected Raya's decision but eventually blamed Oliver for not pursuing Raya.

"I really miss you, Oli!

Oliver considered her as a best friend.

"Let's go inside, I'm excited to eat," ani Raya at hinatak si Oliver papasok sa restaurant.

He had no idea why he suddenly felt betrayed. He wasn't supposed to feel that way because Gael's just a teammate and a bed warmer for him.

"Oh, that's Mario! Let's go and greet them!" said Raya.

A waiter guided them to their table and they ordered food. He's not a fan of talking and most of the time, he's just quiet.

"I don't have time for drama," Oliver replied while eating his steak.

"What about your sex life? For sure you bedded a lot of women already."

"I know your sex life is boring but I will never tell you mine."

"Ang damot mo ha! Also, my sex life is not boring."

"Yeah, sure," Oliver replied sarcastically.

"Why aren't you in a relationship, Oliver?"

"Is that necessary? No."

"I know you since we were four and I'm just surprised because you are a manwhore. Maybe, you are waiting for someone?" Raya said.

"I'm not waiting for someone," Oliver replied casually.

"You can tell me everything, Oliver. I'm always here for you. I'm not going to judge you and we both know that I love you so much."

"Raya, what do you want to know?"

"I want to know if you are okay!" mabilis na sagot ni Raya.

"I'm fine," Oliver said but Raya knew he was lying.

"I know you're not. I know what's happening with your family and I've heard your parents are on the process of divorce."

"Let them be, Raya. I don't care about them."

"I'm always here, Oli."

"I know," tipid na sagot ni Oliver.
