Alex, Marshall and Owen all had to go to Asher's gathering. It was out of respect and had become a yearly tradition. They would only spend two weeks in Asher's territory. However, it was required for them all to go. Odette had only grown close to those three and Alex's beta who would also be required to attend. However, since Odette had shifted she had been having frequent nightmares, after each one it would have to to Alex or Marshall to calm her down. Sometimes Owen could also calm her but nobody else could. They couldn't leave Odette to suffer so they were considering bringing Odette along. It would have to be her decision though. 

"Odette, we have to go away for a few weeks. The elders will be taking care of the pack in our absents." Alex informed his cousin. They were all currently sat in his office. Odette looked tired from the lack of sleeping and training she was putting in to controlling and finding her new abilities as well as getting used to having her own wolf. It was all very overwhelming for her. Nobody could imagine the strain she was under. "One of us would stay, however it would be seen as disrespectful. We don't want to leave you here so soon after shifting and while your still uncovering and learning to control your abilities none of us want you to go through that alone. We were wondering if you would like to join us. We thought it would be a great chance for you to meet my sister and a change of scene would be good for you." Alex was rambling, he was nervous. He knew Odette was far more powerful then him and he did not want to risk offending her in anyway. It was an irrational fear that was mostly fueled by the small chance she would say no and refuse to come. 

"If I would be allowed to come then I would love to join you." Odette answered. Everyone in the room let out a sigh of relief which confused Odette. Yes, she was starting to feel more secure and at home here, she had been living with them for a little over a month and was starting to lose her old habits. Around these four people anyway. These four people being her uncle Marshall, her cousin Alex, her cousin's beta William and her cousin's gamma Owen. Around others her habits were still going strong but she was trying and that was what's important. She was trying. 

"Thank fuck!" William sighed. "You can never leave me with those two idiots ever again." William pointed at Owen and Alex who both glared at him. Odette giggled and shook her head. She was getting used to the playful teasing between the friends and would sometimes even join in herself. This was progress. Progress she knew she couldn't have made without Aurora, her wolf.

Asher and Daniel's relationship was becoming shakier. Every day Asher stayed with Lilian he felt his best friend slip further away from him. Daniel still took his beta position seriously however if Asher tried to talk to anything non-pack related Daniel would just walk away. Daniel was spending more time looking after the twins since Lilian was convincing Asher to pay more attention to her, thankfully other then holding hands they had not repeated the whole kissing incident. Lilian was growing frustrated and just wanted to fully mate already, she craved the power, that's all she wanted. Power. 

"Everything is set up." Daniel stated to Asher who absently nodded. 

"Great. Who's coming?" Asher asked, Daniel rolled his eyes. Of course Asher didn't know, he had been neglecting his Alpha duties only dragging more space between himself and his beta. 

"All of our Allies, the Red Moon pack are bringing one extra guest." Daniel reluctantly explains. 

"Cool, can you watch the twins for me again tonight? Lil wants to have a date night." Asher asks. Daniel bit back a growl and regained control of his wolf that was threatening to breath through. He nodded, not trusting his words at that moment in time. "Great." Asher smiled, Daniel just stormed away and continued the few things left to prepare.
