CHLOE found an apartment to rent. It's smaller but it was fine on her. At least she has a place to stay. Her mom didn't gave her any money and she used her allowance to pay the apartment.
The apartment has a TV. One bedroom. One restroom. Tiny kitchen. A table and two plastic chairs. It was fine to her because she lives alone.
She took a quick shower and wore ripped jeans, white t-shirt topped with black jacket, and a converse high. She didn't bother to put any makeup on because she's not used to wearing one. She took her bag and her disposable face mask. The girl later exited the apartment.
She arrived at the school. When she was inside, there were some students around. She ignored them and tried to find the school's office.
With all confidence, she gently tapped a random guy near her. "E-Excuse me..."
"Yes?"
"Can I ask where I can find the school's office?" She asked, trying not to stutter. Chloe was so shy to ask him, but she can't think of any ways where she could find the school's office.
"Ah. The school's office. Actually, you're almost there. You want me to come with you? I'm going there too."
"R-Really? Thank you."
As this guy said, she's almost there. Just a few more classrooms to pass by. None of them uttered a word since both of them were peculiars to each other. So... it was pretty awkward for Chloe.
"I'll go ahead, Miss." They arrived and parted ways. This guy went to the left and Chloe went to the right. The guy said, turn right and she'll find the little office of where she should have enrolled for. After a couple of minutes, it was already done.
"Here are some of the books that you needed for the second semester. The school and p.e uniform. White blouse, black eight panel gore skirt, printed pink t-shirt and black pants. You don't have to worry about this because this is all free. If you want some extra uniforms, you can go to the school's official store to buy some. And this is your classroom and locker number, plus a flyer or a guide in this school. So I think that's all. Welcome to The Multiverse High, Chloe Suh."
Chloe smiled a little and she bid her goodbye. She's not used to talking to strangers but she must be right now. She put all of her things into her bag and exited the office.
She went back to her apartment to put the things on her bed. She fixed it first before she left again, looking for jobs to apply for.
After hours of finding a job, she went back home. It was tiring but she was quite happy. She applied for two jobs. At the coffee shop and the convenience store. She was a cashier at night time and a waitress after school. Two jobs isn't enough for her to survive. So, her plan is to seek more part-time jobs so that she can earn some money.
Okay. I have to sleep now because tomorrow is the first day of school in the second semester. Fighting, Chloe Suh.
