Sabrina's Pov

I ran through the wall as I have been doing every year since I was eleven. Once I was through I was welcomed with the familiarity of the wizarding world. As I made my way through the sea of people I could see my friends. I passed crying first years as they hugged their parents like they would never see them again and made it to my friends. Amanda Cook and Diana and Dylan Lane waited for me to join them on the train. I've known Amanda for as long as I could remember. Our mother's were best friends and raised us like sisters. We were both sorted into Ravenclaw and met Diana as she was our roommate. We were later introduced to Diana's twin brother Dylan. The four of us did everything together. I was overjoyed to have a close knit group of friends in the same house. I did get along with some people from the other houses. Well almost all of them.

Once Amanda saw me she dropped everything she was holding and ran to me. She engulfed me into a tight hug. "Oh my god Sabrina I missed you so much."

"I can't breathe Amanda." Amanda let go of me but still had her hands on my shoulders. "You saw me less than two weeks ago." I said, still trying to catch my breath.

"Two weeks is much too long." Amanda put her arm around me and walked us over to Dylan and Diana.

"And how have you two been doing. I didn't hear a lot from you two over the summer." I said. I was hurt that I only got a few letters every now and then from them.

Diana gave me a hug, "I'm sorry we were so busy. But I swear every time I got a break, I wrote to you guys." She let go and Dylan was next to give me a hug. Since he was much taller than me my head was buried into his chest. I could feel his heart beating fast and I wondered why. But I ignored it and smiled against his chest. "I missed you, Morrison." I pulled away and looked at my three amazing friends.

"I missed you guys so much. This year is going to be great." I said. I led the group onto the train and we found an empty compartment. Amanda and Diana sat across from Dylan and I. They were talking about music that they had discovered over the summer. That was almost always the topic they would talk about. And I knew soon that the talking would  turn into an argument about who has the better taste in music. I stared out the window and watched us leave the train station. Parents waved goodbye as we left. I wished my parents came to see me off but work kept them away. I turned to see the argument had started so I turned my attention to Dylan.  "How was your summer, Dylan?"

He smiled "Quite busy like Diana said. I feel like my parents had people over everyday. I'm sorry I didn't write to you. I wanted to but I just couldn't find the time."

"It's alright Dylan I understand. But this year is going to be great and then we just have one more year. It's going by so fast. I'm sad to see our time together like this is coming to an end." My friends were all I had. I love my parents but they were hardly ever around.

"It's not the end. We'll always have each other even once school is over."

I smiled and went back to looking out the window. I closed my eyes and slowly felt myself drift into sleep.

a/n: I know this is short but I wanted to just have a little out there for you all to get interested. Trust me the drama will come soon.
