19. My Years of the Virtual World

Here I am,
sitting in this HOPELESS world,

wondering if ever,
our people would be CURED.

It has been more than a YEAR
since the outbreak of CORONA,

and now this world feels no more than a LONER.

The evolution of ONLINE CLASSES started a month after the first cases,

and now it has made us get used to its TASTE.

Online classes are DIFFERENT from the normal ones-
not many friends to INTERACT with and have FUN.

With no PROPER supervision,
students could turn OFF their cameras,
FOOL around, or CHEAT under any condition.

The HEARTY and HAPPY days are over-
with POOR internet connection,
your classes are sure to get MISSED OFF your shoulders.

However, we must remain PATIENT and CALM.

We have no CHOICE but to keep them going on.

With MORE AND MORE Covid-19 cases being reported each day,
we should just be happy that we are still being TAUGHT in every which way.

We shouldn't take online classes like a piece of PIE,

our teachers are trying their very best to EDUCATE and GUIDE.

We should APPRECIATE their hard work and study with full EFFORT.

We should think of these classes as being EQUAL to offline classes
and trying our best not to get DISTRACTED.

But sadly,
many have gotten DISTRACTED,
not following the RULES,
and BUNKING classes.

This has led to many people CHEATING
in their exams,
as they didn't have enough KNOWLEDGE that they needed to have.

But HOPEFULLY, these online classes would end SOON;
even though they are very QUICK and RELIABLE to use,
they could really turn a child's academic life into FUMES.
