A layer of sweat covered Aavyan's forehead when a distant memory came back to him in a form of a dream.
A sixteen year old Aavyan was being dragged towards the pool by Rudra. He kept pleading to let him free since its really cold but all the pleas fell on deaf ears.
Rudra stopped at the edge and threw the poor kid forward in the ice cold water at night time. Just as Aavyan managed to surface up with his tied hands.
Rudra kicked him back in and took a stick to keep him in place. Aavyan can feel his lungs aching due to him holding his breathe for so long.
His vision blured as he finally stopped struggling and let his eyes fall. Just as water filled his lungs someone pulled him out....
He shot up in his bed and winced as a wound on his waist experienced a stretch. Till date he dosen't know who that person was. He remembers seeing his uncle badly injured the next day but nobodies knows what exactly happened that night.
A knock on the door pulled him back in reality. He tried to stand up but fell down on the bed with a groan as the person rushed inside.

"Ishu tu yahan...ouch" He said as he made another failed attempt to stand. Ishika sat him down on the bed.
"Yahin rehna" She said and walked out. She slammed the door of Rohini's room open and walked in without even bothering to take permission.
She opened her cupboard and started throwing stuff out of it.
"Ishu ye kya..." Before Rohini can complete she interrupted
"Ishu mujhe sirf bhaiya bula sakte hain....its Ishika for you" She said and returned to find whatever she was looking for.
After room was totally destroyed she finally found the first aid kit in Rohini's personal drawer.
"Yeh kya tarika hai Ishika" Rohini said as Ishika who was about to leave stopped and turned around. She came and twisted her arm behind her back.
"Yeh us ka result hai jo mere bhaiya yahan rehkar seh rahe hain"
"Aaa....Ishika dard ho raha haath chhodo"
"Mere bhai ko ise kahi zyaada dard roz sehna padta hai......aur aap se to unki cheekhon ko bhi unsuna kardeti hain" She replied noticing the ear plugs.
"Mein aakhri baar keh rahi hoon bhai ko pareshan karna band kardijiye...warna achha nahi hoga" She said pushing her forward and walking out of the room.
On her way she stopped for a sec when her phone buzzed notifing her of a text message.
