Help

Chapter 3

I wish I was dead. I'm in agony from being pushed down a flight of stairs, I mean yeh Kelvin pushed me down the stairs when I was 8 and Mom when I was 2 but not this hard.
The stairs to the basement are a lot of stairs. 50 stairs in total.
I have definitely injured my rib cage, leg and wrist. My head has a gash on the forehead.
I try and get up, it's so painful I scream. I hear footsteps up stairs and the front door shuts. Kelvin is taking Eloise to her party. I try and climb up stairs. I get to the door of the basement in even more agony. I try and open the door, it opens. I limp out of the basement and crash into Mom.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING BITCH!!!" She yells.
"I need help" I whisper.
"What did you say?!" She growls.
"I said I need help" I say loud and clear.
She slaps me across the face resulting in me screaming in agony.
"Weak I didn't slap that har..." She notices my injuries.
Mom then does the strangest thing in my life, she picks me up and helps me to the dining room table.
"I'm going to call an ambulance okay" she says.
I nod.
"Don't tell them what actually happened, tell them you fell from the up there okay!" She points to the loft bit up stairs.
I nod.
The ambulance arrives 10 minutes later.
They put me in a stretcher and takes me to hospital, Kelvin has just arrived home when they were wheeling me out to the ambulance.
"Look after Leo okay babe" Mom tells Kelvin.
"Yep" he says. I know there's gonna be hell when I get home.
Mom sits in the ambulance next to me.
The paramedics ask mom what happened she uses the excuse she told me to say incase they asked me.
"She and her sister were fighting, you know like all siblings do, we got up there a tad late and Blu had toppled over the banister" mom says telling a gizzilion lies all at once, protecting her precious husband.

We get to the hospital and they take an X-ray.
It turns out I've broken 6 ribs, my wrist, both of my legs and the gash on my head needs stitches and I'm prone to a brain bleed.
They stitch up my gash, 6 stitches in total.
They're doing surgery tonight.

I'm in my bed mom sitting next to me.
"Please don't tell them" she says to me.
"I'm sorry but I hate it, why do you guys do this me" I say back
" I dunno, Kelvin has anger issues and he hates you" she says
"But why do you do it?!" I say back.
"You were a mistake, a one night stand gone wrong, you ruined my future that's why"
I'm speechless.
"It's not my fault I was born, you guys could of used protection"
Mom goes silent.
"I'm sorry Blu" Mom says.
The doctor walks in he looks at mom and then continues his job.
"Right well we have some news" he says
"What" me and mom say at the say time.
"Your pregnant Blu" he says to me.
"What!?" Mom says shocked and a tad annoyed. " Could I have a private moment with my daughter please"
"Yes of course I'll come back in 15 minutes "
He walks out.
"Your pregnant" mom whispers still in shock.
"How the hell did you become pregnant!?" She says madly.
My eyes tear up.
I feel a hand rubbing my hand
"It's okay you can tell me." Mom says with a hint of caringness in her voice.
"That day kelvin didn't let me go to school was a day in hell" I say. "He raped me"
Mom looks so shocked.
"So it's Kelvins baby your carrying?!" Mom says getting more pissed off.
"Yes" I say
"Did he force you?" Mom says.
"yes" I say sobbing.
"Oh baby I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry for everything baby, I should of never left you two alone, I should've never married him baby, I'm so sorry baby.." Mom says crying.
The first caring emotions I've seen coming out of mom.
Mom wipes away her tears.
The doctor walks in says something about surgery, next minute I'm being wheeled into surgery.
