Chapter 15

My first night with Remi's people, we have rabbit stew for dinner and then a massive party for Remi's return.
After all that it's 3 am we return to our wagon and fall asleep cuddled up in each other's arms.

8:45 am according to my phone, Remi was next to me still with his arms round me. I turn around to see that Remi is awake he kisses me.
"Good morning Blu" he says, god he is handsome in the morning.
"Morning Remi" I say.
We get up and make breakfast, bacon and baked beans on toast. Yum.
I wolf down the food happily so does Remi.
"I'm helping out at the axe competition today, you should help Arwen on the candy floss stall" he says, I nod.
We make our way to our stalls, Remi drops me off at the candy floss stall and gives me a kiss on the cheek then heads towards the axe competition.
Arwen is really nice, she's 23 and has 4 kids one she hide when the social workers raided the place a few years back.
We make candy floss , one customer is so rude security kick her off sight and her family. Otherwise we make candy floss happily until lunch time.
"I'll go first and grab a bit to eat and have a break then I'll come back and you can have the rest of the day off." Arwen says.
"Sure, I know how to run this still now so I think I'll be fine" I say.
Arwen walks off to have a lunch break. I wish she had told me how busy the stall gets at lunch. 25 customers in 45 minutes.
Arwen returns exactly 45 minutes.
"Go home enjoy the rest of your day Blu." She says giving me a hug.
I walk to the axe competition and watch the people throwing axes into the targets.
One of them is really tricky.
"If you hit that target you get to kiss my girlfriend on her cheek" Remi says. Thanks Remi (sarcasm) .
A old guy in his 50's with a beer belly throws the axe and misses thank god. I been standing here for ten minutes and know one has hit the tricky target. I kiss Remi on the cheek and start walking towards my wagon. I sit down and take a cat nap.
