13 - In A Daze

        Am I a stalker now? The woman asked herself, as she peered into the room and hopefully didn't get noticed. It was...What? A few weeks since that little 'incident'? 

        Well, it didn't matter now. She no longer took notice of her, seeing as she had so cruelly rejected the younger female. But, in her defense, it was the first time she had faced such a situation!

        All the others who had confessed to her before just didn't have that...satisfying click. They didn't give her the feeling of "I definitely would enjoy spending the rest of my life with you, whether it kills me or not." 

       Jisoo took another peek into the room through the small window in the door. Then she cursed herself for being so stupid. Whoever decided to cover up all the practice room door windows with paper just to protect 'privacy', was an idiot! Oh, wait...that was me.

       A resounding click of the doorknob forced her to rush off and hide behind a wall in fear of getting discovered. Mixed laughter met her pierced ears as 5, cheerful girls left the practice room, chattering on about the concept they wanted to take up for their next monthly evaluation. A beautiful voice was filtered by those wretched hearing organs that just wanted her to suffer.

        The Thai girl's giggles filled the large crevasse that was known as Jisoo's brain. She could only imagine the adorable smiles that were probably cast on Lisa's face at that moment. Jisoo sighed internally, knowing that she had already blown her chance of being the sole cause of the positive emotions flattering around the trainee's heart.

       Damn it Kim Jisoo...Why do you have to be so stupid! Can't you do something right for once?! She cursed herself as she leaned heavily on the wall behind her, groaning out loud when the young girls' voices were no longer audible. 

        After she had rejected Lisa, which she hadn't even meant to do at all, Jisoo had stayed behind at the pretty set-up the younger girl had spent so much effort into creating. She had been stuck with her thoughts at that moment, being very confused at her emotions.

         When she first saw the foreigner at the audition, she hadn't thought much of her. She had been interested to see how a Thai would do at a Kpop Idol audition, and how she would fair as a foreigner in their country. Other than the female's doll-like visuals, which immediately attracted her (because who wasn't attracted to pretty females like Lisa?), nothing really made her stand out.

        Then she started to dance.

        Lisa's movements were fluid and precise, every flick of her finger, every thrust of her hips, followed the beat exactly. It was almost as if she were part of the music itself. As the music played, Lisa had complete control of her body, willing it to move to the sounds surrounding her. 

        Jisoo's eyes trailed along the dance line of the younger girl, at the perfect proportions she possessed. Sure, Jisoo was supposed to be a vocal coach, but she did know how to appreciate a good dance performance when she saw one. And Lisa once one damn monster of a dancer.

        The older woman was so entranced by the performance she was given, that she couldn't stop staring at the younger female even when the song ended, and Lisa was bowing and thanking the judges. Then their eyes met.

        The Thai girl's large, almost unnaturally beautiful eyes were filled with curiosity, and maybe just a little bit of awe. Although Jisoo couldn't see what she would be shocked by. Jisoo looked back with equally curious eyes, wanting to know more about this foreign beauty that had just stumbled into her life.
