Kato: So tell me boy how come you have these powers? Are you a demon perhaps and pretending to be human.

Narrator: Takeshi tells Kato his story.

Kato: You have been through a lot. Do not fret the Daimyo is a kind man. He will make sure your fate is not a dire one.

Takeshi: Hmph! that is not what I heard.

Kane: Watch your tongue boy! Never disrespect the daimyo! You may have aided us in battle, but don't get ahead of yourself now. You let your blood lust get the better of you.

Chika: It was not his fault. It might have been that sound from the flute.

Kane: Stop making excuses for his actions. If he lets some sound control him then he is weak will.

Chika: Leave him alone!

Kane: Hey Takeshi you're going to let your girlfriend talk for you? What type of man are you?

Takeshi: Just drop it Kane. If it weren't for me and Chika more of your soldiers would be dead. Some commander you are.

Kane: You sure have a sharp tongue. Don't get too big of a head because you defeated all those demons. Me and Kato could have done that by ourselves as well. If it weren't for us then Pride would have not been defeated. Do you think you could have defeated Pride? Don't make me laugh.

Kato: Enough with the chatter. We must save our energy for the battle to come.

Narrator: The journey took a week and along the way the soldiers slayed minor demons. As mentioned before the hierarchy is Demon King, Demon Gods like the Tengu and the Nine Tails, Seven Deadly Sins like Gluttony and Pride, the Known Demons like the Oni, Kappa, Rokuro Kubi, and Azuki Arai, and in the lower order demons without names. Based on the feats of the characters their rankings are as followed:

Seven Deadly Sins level: Kato and Kane

Lower tier Seven Deadly Sins level: Takeshi

Known Demons: Chika and elite soldiers

Kato: We finally made it. Our journey was long and we lost many lives, but in the end we were victorious.

Kane: I hope the daimyo sees it that way with all the soldiers that perished.

Narrator: The palace guards allowed the soldiers to past and Kane and Kato were called to the main palace.

Daimyo: Welcome my great commanders. So tell me of the results of the battle?

Narrator: Kato proceeded to tell of the events of the battle. In total the amount of soldiers left alive was 200. 800 of the 1,000 soldiers lost their lives. The daimyo was understanding as he knew he did not give them adequate men for the battle.

Daimyo: I am the Daimyo Yamato as you may know Takeshi. I am the one that will decide your fate. As a being that is no longer human, but not a demon as well you have two choices. Join my army or be killed here and now. Choose now!

Takeshi (thinking): The daimyo must have lost his mind. I am not going to become a puppet of this tyrant. There must be some way for me to escape.

Narrator: Takeshi transformed and grabbed Chika fast and tried to run away. Kane and Kato almost acted but the daimyo told them to stand down. As Takeshi almost reached the outside of the palace the Daimyo teleported right in front of him and with one kick sent him and Chika flying back in.

Yamato: Did you really think you could run away from me? You must not have heard the stories. I may come from a noble house, but I was also a soldier. My title of Daimyo was chosen by god himself. My strength showed that I am worthy of the title as well. I will ask again and not again.
