Izuku Mortem also known as Izuku Yagi, son of All Might and Telek, and twin to Izumi Yagi, was believed to be quirkless until he found out at the age of 14 and it was too late now he holds the gods of dragons.
On Internships Touya has taught Izuku on how to increase his flames without getting burned and was able to translate that to the Fire Dragon, they went to Hosu City and fought some, when that was going on Izumi, Shoto, Shoka, and Iida was able to defeat Stain, but something unexpected happened.
Morty: King Izuku Mortem, God of Dragons, it's finally time we got to meet face to face.
Izuku: What do you want Morty?
Morty: Well it's easy to say that I want to have the big battle right now, but I seen that you haven't used your water dragon yet, so I put a big stingray, that can cause a tsunami. In the ocean, ta ta.
Izuku then dials the watch to 80% Water and slamed it down.

Izuku then flew to the ocean to find the stingray and as soon as he found it, he went in and took the head off of the stingray and tossed it to the side making it defeated at first touch, he then flew back to King Morty and transformed back into himself.
Morty: Very good, I am super impressed with you. Now time for the main course of action.
Izuku: Your damn right, I have been waiting to kick your ass.
Both of them transformed into their fire dragon at 100%
They clashed making them both out back and Morty decided to do a fire beam move and Izuku countered it with some blue flames.
(Imagine Red fire clashing with it)
And as soon as Morty saw the blue flames, he had to get hotter, as he also went blue flames and making an explosion, having a bunch of people worry about Izuku, there was a lot of smoke but once it cleared out, they saw both of them, in their human form across from each other.
Morty: Huh, King Makoto Mortem, he is weaker than you, we wasn't even able to convert the fire to blue.
Izuku: Now, no more dragons, just fist to fist.
Morty: Ah, MMA, I like your style, now let's go.
Izuku felt a hand on his shoulders and saw Touya.
Touya: I give you permission to take credit for this battle.
Izuku: I don't need credit.
Touya: Then go show Morty and the world of what King Izuku Mortem can do. As the God of Dragons.
Izuku nods and went closer to Morty, both of them speeding up to each other and Morty threw a punch and Izuku blocked it and punched him in the ribs and did a judo throw taking him down. And then roundhouse Morty, which made him knocked out. Then Izuku put up his fist saying...
Izuku: I win.
