NDRV3 Boys x Reader! - You Get In a Fight

Shuichi

-Shuichi is passive and non-confrontational at the best and the worst of times. He's the last to jump to fight, always the voice of reason. This is not one of those times.

-He loses the ability to be rational when punches are thrown and he catches the look on your face, bracing for impact. In a single swift movement, he grabs you and pushes you behind.

-Looking at Shuichi from the outside, he looks as though he might be a pushover of a boyfriend. After knowing him for long, you know that Shuichi tries his best to be as gentle and caring of a person as he thinks you deserve. Violence is the one thing he absolutely despises.

-The harshness in his words are something you've never seen from Shuichi. The man in front of you is forced to silence as Shuichi bashes and berates them on why they would ever raise a hand against someone.

-You're slightly stunned to silence.

Korekiyo

-Korekiyo doesn't even need to use words to express his sheer anger. One look at scathing eyes from the tall, slender masked man by your side and anyone would regret hurting you.

-Even if it was an accident, Korekiyo still has the person apologize immediately for their "imprudent, careless, and incredibly foolish actions." as he puts it.

-Afterwards, he's checking if you're safe and examining all your injuries, (even if it's only a scratch, he needs to make sure.)

-He dresses any of your wounds, while reassuring you that no one would be able to hurt you like that again.

-When you ask why he worries so much, he answers as if it's obvious why he'd dote over you, making sure nothing could hurt you. And with a simple smile and a kiss on your bandaged injury, you begin to forget it even hurt in the first place.

Kaito

-Kaito fights fire with fire, always. He sees red the moment you're knocked to the ground, and decides in a split second to give them a taste of their own medicine.

-You don't see the exact moment Kaito delivers a punch of his own, but when he helps you off the ground after you can guess from your assailant in a heap on the floor what must have happened.

-After making sure you're okay, he turns right back to his old positive self, insisting that you should just forget about them, they weren't a very pleasant person anyways.

-Kaito's a pro at getting you out of a bad mood anytime, any place, and in any situation.

-You quickly forget about the incident, opting for focusing on your outing with Kaito instead.

Kokichi

-As always, Kokichi is never one to show how he's actually feeling. But you can feel just how irate he is when he locks eyes with your aggressor, despite his blank expression.

-"Gee, you must be the lowest of the low, huh! Attacking someone just because you're angry~"

-He draws attention from people all around the scene with his loud remarks and over-dramatizing recollection of the attack.

-People are shooting the attacker glares when they see Kokichi doting over you, still slightly dazed from being hit but mostly fine.

-When he starts yelling about how there has been an attack and yells for someone to call an ambulance, they have no choice but to run off, much to the delight of Kokichi.

Kiibo

-Kiibo, in accordance with his programming to the First Law of Robotics (A robot may not injure a human or through inaction allow a human to be harmed.) absolutely will not stand by and let you be hurt.

-He's generally a pacifist and dislikes violence of any kind, but also likes being a hero for you, so he places himself protectively in between you and your attacker.

-He does all he can to talk them down, but becomes defensive and slightly angry when they continue to insult you.

-They eventually stop when Kiibo mentions notifying authorities, and Kiibo glows at his success in protecting you.

-You notice his excitement, and can't help but smile and praise him, laughing when he lights up red at your new nickname for him, - "My hero"

Rantaro

-Rantaro's reaction is immediate, pulling you up and into his chest, turning you protectively away.

-Rantaro is always calm and composed, especially around you, but has a downright threatening aura when serious.

-Protective and even-tempered as always, he simply tells you to go on ahead and he'll catch up in a minute

-You can tell he's irate under his composed demeanor, but let him handle it anyways.

-You aren't quite sure whatever Rantaro did to them, but he wouldn't tell you, arguing that you shouldn't let immature people like that ruin you and Rantaro's day out in the town.

Ryoma

-Ryoma's not scared of the consequences of punching an asshole in the face. His very simple policy is simply, "Someone's gotta do it."

-The way he immediately jumps to defend you, uncaring of getting hurt himself in the process is kind of worrying.

-But you don't think you could get in his way if you tried.

-You settle for patching up his nasty bruises later and chastising him for putting himself at risk for you.

-He doesn't regret it one bit, despite the protesting.

Gonta

-Gonta's already in between the two of you, freaking out even more than you are.

-Anyone who took one look at him wouldn't have even instigated anything in the first place, but for the more determined, Gonta barely has to sidestep to take the brunt of every punch.

-He's facing you, barely flinching at being punched in the back while he shields you, freaking out about every barely red mark on your body.

-You'll end up being the one comforting him afterwards, Gonta constantly needing your reassurance that you really are okay, no nothing is broken, you're really really sure this time, no he doesn't need to carry you again.

-He seems confused by why someone would want to bring you harm, and despite anything you say, promises next time to be there to protect you.

Author's Note

Surprise shawty !!!!!!!! Yes I know its been 3 years. No, I'm not dying and or dead. 

I told myself that no matter what if I'm updating its going to be another chapter, just because I know how disappointing that initial notification is just to see that its an author's note chapter and not an update.

I don't know what this means for this book, I'm not exactly known for my good update schedule. Its certainly not going to be weekly like it used to be when I had like 2-3 people commenting. But it doesn't mean I'm completely giving up on writing and getting an office job or selling soap. I still love my craft, even if I don't have much time and motivation for it. If you want to ask me anything, write up a comment for me! I still read comments during the long ass hiatus, I love seeing reactions to my writing. But honestly my last goal when I started this was making Korekiyo seem like an anti-vaxxer (BTW: Get vaccinated if you can!) or making people lose their minds over Kiibo getting jealous of a vending machine. Thank you guys though, I know the kind of comfort x Readers can bring to people and I love being able to provide that. :)

(I should have done that in the first place, but then again I never expected to get more than 10 comments at most.)
