NDRV3 Boys x Reader! - Making Up After an Argument

Shuichi

-The moment the twinge of anguish crossed your face, Shuichi knew he messed up. Tears threatened to spill from your eyes, as Shuichi tried to backtrack on what he had said.

-It just came out, he didn't mean it, he tries to make excuses, but you weren't listening.

-Shuichi tried to explain that he didn't mean it,  he didn't mean to hurt you.

-You fell into tears, as Shuichi caught you in his arms and tried to console you, while you continued to shake uncontrollably.

-Shuichi realized that words would do him no good, and the only thing he could do was run his hand over the small of your back until he could properly apologize.

Korekiyo

-This was no time to observe you in your natural beauty as your eyes were downcast, all because of him.

-For once in his life, Kiyo could not find the correct words to comfort you and bring you back to your smiling self.

-Kiyo can't remember what he said, but it must not have been very convincing, because you simply stared, not responding.

-It was a sadness without tears, without emotion, and there was no beauty in it.

-Eventually, he found an apology to blurt out to you, and offering his open arms, ready to pull you into an apologetic hug.

Kaito

-Kaito usually always did things without thinking, not afraid of the consequences. It was bound to land him into trouble at some point.

-Argh, you idiot, look what you've done. He mentally cursed himself over and over, noticing your somber demeanor in place of your usual positive attitude that matched his confident, uplifting one.

-He tried to bide his time, working up the courage to come to you with an apology.

-The more he waited to apologize, the longer your dejected face bore into his brain. Screw waiting, Kaito thought.

-The next day you were met with apology flowers, chocolate, all of that cheesy stuff, along with a very apologetic Kaito.

Keebo

-You were acting off. Had something happened? Did he do something?

-Keebo tried desperately to figure out what was wrong, but each time you rejected his company. This made him come to the conclusion that it was something he did.

-But exactly what was it? Keebo lost sleep over that question. (Not that he does sleep, but still.)

-Keebo approached you one evening, and you were ready to turn him away when he pulled out a piece of paper and started reciting.

-Keebo explained that he didn't know what made you sad, so he made a list of everything he did when you started being sad, and he makes a vow to try not to do any of those things ever again.

Kokichi

-He immediately picked up on the fact that it was his doing that made you so woefully sad, but he did not apologize.

-Kokichi tries to cover up the incident with jokes and teases and becomes frustrated when it does not work.

-He tries everything except apologizing, because if he's honest to himself (which he isn't) he doesn't know how to even to do something like that genuinely. In his opinion, you deserve a genuine apology, not his half-baked usual lies.

-When it does come time for him to actually admit guilt, he beats around the bush a lot.

-Whether it's ingenuine apologies or refusing to spit out the words "I'm sorry" it takes a lot out of him to ask forgiveness from you when he actually does say those words without any hint of lies.

Rantaro

-He's the quickest to atone for hurting your feelings out of all the guys.

-Rantaro has his usual chill attitude, but inside, he's panicking. He really hopes that this won't be the end for you two.

-Just thinking about the possibility of you breaking up with him over this scares him. What if you two don't make up?

-Rantaro makes a promise that he will do everything he can to make it up to you. You're the kind of person that comes around once in a lifetime, a person he can trust and is adventurous enough to want to travel the world alongside with him. He can't lose something like that.

-Somehow, he swears, he'll make it up to you.

Ryoma

-Ryoma silently bashed himself, knowing perfectly well that it was because of him that you were so disconsolate.

-He always feared that he would hurt you if you got too close, and now here we are.

-Ryoma's mind can't help but revert back to the things he told himself time and time again on the topic of relationships.

-No woman would pick a guy like me. Even if they did, I'd just make them unhappy...

-Ryoma is now just as depressive as you, he's completely lost.. As much as he doesn't want to admit it, he needs your presence to cheer him up, so he apologizes, and hopes for you to come back to him.

Gonta

-Gonta never fails to cheer you up when you're down in the dumps, but now that he was the reason you moped around constantly, he didn't have the slightest clue as what to do.

-Gonta started asking his classmates for advice, and through all their consultation, Gonta was confident that he had an idea that would cheer you up for sure.

-You were slightly confused when a lightning bug flew over to you, carrying a tiny note. It landed on your finger, and you took the note off curiously, opening up the folded piece of paper.

-On the note was written "Reasons why S/O is the Best: #1", a scribbled heart, and a compliment written in Gonta's handwriting. Not even seconds after you read the first note, a different bug with another note flew over.

-Bugs just kept on flocking to you, with more and more notes. By the time the swarm of bugs was gone and you had collected all the notes, you turned around to see Gonta standing behind you, an apologetic look on his face.
