Forever

as izuku and i reached the roof of the school, we watched the sun set. it  illuminated izu's face beautifully. we stepped onto the ledge and continued to watch the sun set below the horizon. i'm glad i'm not doing this alone, i'm glad we're leaving together.

i was born in a family of 7 and they all hate me, except for the baby thankfully. Abusing me, telling me i'm a waste of space, and how i'm a disappointment because of my villain quirk.

well, izuku's life is worse than mine or so i've always thought. his mother is an abusive alcoholic and his father isn't around. at school, he's bullied because he's quirkless. always get punched, kicked, slammed against the locker. so when bakugou told us to take a swan dive off the roof, it gave us an idea.

i looked up at izuku to see him smiling at the sky. i ran my fingers over his black eye. he looked down at me and softly ran his thumb softly over the bruise on my cheek. he bent down and kissed me, gently.

"i love you so much. you mean everything to me, pup." he told me.

"i love you more, izu." i smiled, my eyes tearing up. i kissed him once more, scared that the afterlife isn't what we imagined.

"don't cry. we're always gonna be together." he promised. i nodded before the door burst open, revealing our parents and the principal. we held hands as we faced them, our backs against the crowd below us.

"y/n, baby, don't do this. you know we love you." my mother cried.

"you love me so much you beat me until i was bloody and bruised. you broke my ribs and said i was being dramatic when i was in the hospital." i yelled.

"midoryia, come back home with me. i'll change i swear." his mother pleaded.

"i've heard the before." he mumbled. before the principal had a chance to say anything, bakugou burst through the door.

"what the hell are you guys doing?!" he yelled.

"we're taking your advice, kacchan. aren't you happy?" izu explained, a smile evident on his face.

"i love you y/n l/n."

"guys, step away from the ledge." the principal said, inching closer.

"i love you too izuku midoriya." i smiled at him as we both leaned back and fell off.

"NO!" i heard as i fell. i saw as they all looked over the ledge before i was devoured by darkness.

4 days later ~ afterlife

i woke up on a bed in a cottage, i think. i looked around and saw plants and vines. i stepped off the bed and onto the ground to look down and see that i was in a white dress. i head footsteps behind me and turned around immediately.

he put his hand out for me and i took it immediately. he pulled me into a hug as i cried into his white suit, happy to see him. we pulled away and he kissed me like he's never have before.

we pulled away and put our foreheads together.

"what now?" i asked him.

"let's start with forever."

"forever."
