Harry's POV

(sorry if the Yule Ball is after the second challenge)

Okay... McGonagall just said there was going to be a ball. Obviously I'm gonna ask Kat but I have to DANCE with her in front of the entire school! I can't even dance! Definitely not in front of the entire school! Anyways! "Kat... will you go to the ball with me?" I asked Kat as we walked to Potions class. "No." She said simply. I froze and my heart broke. "I'm kidding! I would love to!" She said grinning after she saw my face. I sighed relieved. I put my arm around her shoulder. She leaned into my touch as we walked to class.

Soon it was time for the ball! I got ready a normal tuxedo. I was with Ron talking at the bottom of the stairs when I looked up and saw the most beautiful girl in the world! Kat... (Who was normal...) was in a emerald green dress that came down to her knees, she was wearing a jean jacket over it also. She was also wearing light purple heels... while her hair was curled so it laid on her shoulders and it came down to her elbows. She was beautiful! When she reached me she grabbed my hand and smiled at me. I smiled back with my body still in shock of the girl in front of me. She giggled and shut my mouth. "Are you TRYING to catch flies?" She asked sweetly. I chuckled. We linked arms and started out following the other champions.

Kat's POV

After we finished dancing Harry went to get us punch. Suddenly I saw Hermione running towards me. "Kat... Harry is kissing Cho Chang." She said quickly and quietly. My heart broke and was replaced with a stone. He. Is. Dead. I stormed over to where Hermione came from and saw Harry snogging Cho. "So... Got a new girlfriend have we?" I asked growling. Harry immediately pushed Cho away. He looked at me with fear in his eyes. "Kat... It's not what it looks li-" he started but I cut him off by slapping him. "YOU INVITE ME TO A BALL! THEN YOU CHEAT ON ME EITH A GIRL YOU BARELY EVEN KNOW!" I shout, gaining attention from people around us. "Kat, I-" he started again. "SHUT UP HARRY! I HAVE GONE THROUGH EVERYTHING! AND YOU ARE JUST MAKING IT WORSE!" I paused from my shouting. "I gave you another chance... and you just blew it." I said quietly tears rolling down my cheeks. A few rolled down his too. I started to walk out but I turned around again. "Oh... and don't worry about me remembering you. I want to forget you anyway." I whispered loud enough for him to hear.

Harry's POV

I started to walk up to her but she took a box out of a jacket she was wearing. She dropped it on the ground. She looked at it for a minute. "Just like 3 years ago... except a giant isn't trying to take you away. You pushed me away. And I'm not coming back." She whispered. A few more years rolled down my cheeks. Suddenly a light burst through the windows and hit her. The last fear... "Looks like I have lost you." She said as she ran out.
